Use to be a KOA not sure anything about that but this spot is where its at. Relaxed, quiet and the place to go if you want to get away from it all. They have a pool, putt putt gold hammocks, shade trees relaxing chairs its all here. They even have a nature trail that is really nice and about maybe half a mile long. With it being next to the interstate we still didnt hear any noise, neighbors were chill. They offer long term slots or by the day. Prices are about what I would consider normal. They can discount if you are military or staying long term. I didnt notice any loud parties or rambunctious people very low key.

Our third visit in as many years, and I have to say this was as good as it can get 👍Lincoln was most helpful in booking our accommodations and needs, the guy deserves a huge raise! Roomy cabin for me, my hubby and our dog, and the whole park is quiet and peaceful. I can’t wait to come back, thanks to Lincoln’s personalized service and kindness which meant a lot given we were traveling for family emergency.

10/10 recommend booking your travels with Unhitched Milton! Just as amazing as the last location we stayed at. The kids loved the shallow shelf of the pool, and it is also great if you wanna soak in some sun. They also have mini golf, a playground, fire pit, hammock chairs, walking trails, and corn hole! So much to enjoy onsite, but if you want to adventure out, most things are 30 or so minutes away by car. We can’t wait to go back! 😊

This place deserves more stars. My husband and three kids and dogs all enjoyed our stay at the Milton for about a week. The staff on the grounds, from maintenance to the front desk we're all so welcoming and happy to help. The price is here are the best around and you're not losing quality for the price. My kids loved having the golf course open at all times as long as you kept quiet after 10:00 pm. Management do not get rid of the golf course and put a silly squash ball or whatever it was you were putting in not a good idea we absolutely loved the golf course kids and adults. They have an amazing pool with an amazing couch and atmosphere they have a game room that has a pool table board games coloring all kinds of things. There is even an amazing trail that is segregated from the RV parking spots and you can see some goats along the way. They were pet friendly. We also rented a cabin along with our RV spot and that was amazing as well too. The cabin had a refrigerator, tv, Queen bed, ac, and two kid beds. We got the dry cabin for a few days and it did not disappoint. Now that I have rambled on long enough I just wanted to make sure I fulfilled my promise in writing a fantastic review for management, forgive me I cannot remember your name but I do remember you had some awesome dreads. If forever in town again we will definitely be booking your RV site.

Only gave it a 4 because of location. You have to drive quite a ways to anything. Navarre Beach was about 25 minutes away but definitely worth the trip! Park was quiet, clean & staff was friendly. Will return for another stay!

Spoke to Mary today about a long term rental. I got the feeling she just didn’t want us to stay there for whatever reason. We spend thousands and thousands of dollars with KOA every year. We’re even a KOA member. She did everything she could to make us not want to stay. When I ask about their pool she says yes we just have that little tiny one. Clearly as we left we saw a very big pool that was in operation. The other gal in the office seemed more customer service oriented and actually made us feel like we were home at a KOA. I think the attitude came because we were a foster family with many kids. This might not be the placeTo bring a family! We will stay at the much nicer park more inexpensive park just down the road. Be advised.

This KOA was clean and the staff was very friendly, however there a few reasons we won't stay here again. We specifically came to FL so our kids could swim and the pool was closed due to maintenance, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. It is right next to the freeway so if you're at least 3 rows in, you can still hear all the cars and construction (if that's happening during your stay) and the lights from the freeway are pretty bright. It's also not super convenient to get to places because of the median on the main road.

This place is very friendly and clean the people working here I always helpful trying to help you in any way that they can I also like the idea that they Patrol the area all day and evenings nights you never hear of any Rowdy or noisy people after quiet hour either very enjoyable and relaxing that's why I stay here After the new owners took over they raised the rates unbelievably high After several years of staying there I moved out

The best experience in camping. Staff was super friendly, available, and caring. The putt putt course was awesome. Don't pass this one, great trails to hike, kayaking close by, and Pensacola is 30 mins. Got some KOA in the state to check but they're the standard forward.
