Very nice clean. Has individual pits at your site and community pits. Security keeps an eye on things. If you follow the rules, security is not an issue. Kathy is the reason we came back again. However the music off at 11pm is NOT enforced. We had 1 who had the base cranked until 3am. I called, security went to the site several times. They were allowed to stay and base us out until 3am!

Nice KOA ... quiet, well maintained, adequate sites with shade and grass. Prices were reasonable. Made reservations online easily for a full hookup site that our 44ft 5th wheel would fit. There is a whole section of permanent campers, each with nicely maintained sites. Only visited the camp store once but it was neatly organized with essentials and some fun stuff. They have trash pickup at your site during specific times. Didn't use any other amenities.

I highly recommend this campground especially if you are traveling with kids, but even if not it’s set up so that everyone has an amazing experience! The bathrooms are amazing, the pool was great and they even set aside for adults only to swim which was nice (not for the kids they were shocked but I the mom loved it 😂), the laundry facilities were some of the best I’ve used in our two straight years of traveling, I honestly can’t rave enough about how much we enjoyed our stay or have anything negative about the experience to share. This KOA has to be one of the best in the nation and staying here made me want to stay at others in the future.

We have family in the Madison area and this is a great place for a long stay! It makes our go to list for where we are in town! They had a free corn fest the weekend we were there and it was fun! The bathrooms are great and a nice pool!! We have a dog and there were waste stations everywhere! It's a huge campus with a lot of people and I was amazed how quiet it was during the designated hours. I needed assistance with my canopy when the rain was coming, one of the staff stopped his golf cart and lent a hand!! There are golf carts and kiddos everywhere. We will be back!!

This park is very clean and well maintained. Service for things such as propane and firewood delivery is very prompt. All staff we encountered were very friendly. The pool is clean and heated. There is also a hot tub. The pool has one hour per day set aside for adults only. We had a patio site that was perfect. It had a large table with an umbrella and six chairs. Our only issue is that golf carts being driven by guests frequently are driven too fast, do not follow one-way street rules and are often operated by teenagers who tend to get a bit reckless. We stay here with our grandson because there are a lot of kid friendly amenities. Will definitely return.

Great place to go. Great community, friendly staff. Clean restrooms and showers. Lots to do. Loved the Halloween festivities. Can't wait to go back.

KOA is not my typical preference for camping. I enjoy the quiet state park scene. Needless to say, I made reservations to join friends to camp for the weekend. I then tested positive for covid 4 days before the trip ugh. I figured being a KOA that they were not going to budge on their 7 day cancellations policy. I gave it a try and called, gave my story and asked if I could talk with the manager to explain my story or even talk about another solution if it couldn't be a full refund. I was told they would not be in until the next day. Next day called, they took my phone number so she could call me back and nothing. They had cancelled my reservation, which I was then trying to find someone else to take my reservation so that I would not be out my $83 deposit. I have camped all of my life and do not have issues camping in inclement weather or anything like that. The person on the phone could clearly tell I was sick and even acknowledged the fact that I did not sound good. I would have gladly sent them a picture of my test. I wasn't even offered a partial credit or credit at all to go back at a later date. It is just real sad that with what is going on that they can't work with people a little more. I understand that they are in the business of making money. Good customer service goes along with that. It is opening weekend that was fully booked. I am sure that site will be sold to someone else and they will get their money out of the site. Most likely they have a waiting list. I am sure they would not have appreciated me coming and potentially getting others sick, This is the nail in the coffin for me and camping at KOA's. Just very sad.

I liked everything about this campground, it is certainly one of the nicest campgrounds I've stayed at recently. A very helpful staff greeted us and if I remember correctly, even gave us a couple of delicious cookies. The sites were long and level and nicely shaded. The showers are the best. I wish I could have stayed more than the one night I had. I would absolutely stay there again if in the area.
