It's a quiet place most people are over 55. Nice amenities got a swimming pool workout room laundry room. The public place to eat is very nice.

Been here over a year now helpful staff clean and safe here as a 65 year old widow living alone thank you for non smoking pool area I am a smoker but respect the rights of those who dont especially when the smoke hurts all not smoking hurts no one also known as sharon king # 66 been here 3 years niw love it Tina is terrific park has never looked better and its more peaceful than ever Tina is always available and willing to help the tenants any way she can thank the owners and management team for making this home from sharing king #66 tammy is best manager ever and the landscaping is getting done

We have lived here for 3+ years, and enjoy the ammenities and quiet neighborhood. Tammy is a great Manager, always available for questions and concerns. Enjoy group functions organized with neighbors. Could be much better if it was a gated 55+ community with electric gates to keep out non-residents wandering around and trying to use the facilities.

The sites are gravel and has a patio slab. The roads are paved and the park is beautiful! Kim and Tammy are wonderful! Leila works hard on keeping the park great and she gives the dogs treats every day! The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are wonderful! We want to come back next year!

This is our first time here. We LOVE IT!!! I want to personally thank the owners for their choice in staff! Debbie and Manny are AMAZING! We have travelled to many places and rarely do you find more dedicated, hard working, and loyal staff! We've only been here a month and already feel like they are family. The park is well kept and there many scheduled activities to enjoy. I hope the owners realize how lucky they truly are to have found this couple to run the park. Thank you Manny and Debbie! It is a pleasure getting to know you and we hope to be back again in the future! You guys are the best!!!!
