We moved here, sort of we had few choices because we became homeless 2 some degree; however, it's turned out 2 be 1 of the best places I've lived in a long time... The place is beautiful, has a lot of amenities, nice neighbors, the prices are good except they keep raising the rent from what we understand from the other tenants... That in itself is not necessarily a bad thing because they're working on trying to fix things to accommodate everyone... I think it's a lovely place to live

My experience with is community is been fantastic specially front office they ho above and beyond customer service. They treat you like family and help your needs and have a fun and love attitude. ❤️ I recommend this community many events and activities 👌

I want to recognize Sharon in the office . Her customer service is what made me want to stay here and also recommend it to my sister and her husband. She made everything easy and her service was exceptional ! She even called me prior to my arrival just to ensure I was on schedule and to ensure I had all information for my arrival . You just don’t get customer service like that! Thank you!!!

I went to go visit a friend there on the "west" side. There's three entrances so there isn't too much traffic going in and out of the "only" entrance all of the time, however they do close two of the gates at night from what I was told. Easily accessible from the expressway and not too far from it either. It had a clean and well kept appearance. I don't know about the rates or pet policy. Mission Bell RV Resort seems like a quiet and cozy RV resort.

My husband and I came to Mission Bell in 2016 for the winter. Love our community family and all the things available to us in the park. So many different activities available for the residents. We became full time the following year. We welcome all new comers with open arms. Give us a try and I am sure you will love us too!!

I started coming to this park 10 years ago and enjoyed it for several years. Then at one point it had issues that caused me to leave. After being gone 3 years the issues went away, and I came back. This is not the biggest or the best, but it is the friendliest in the valley. Come join us for some fun in the sun.

Enjoying Mission Bell RV/Trade Winds Resort brings alive the true meaning of: "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" It is a wonderful experience to interact with so many wonderful people from the Northern States and Canada and make such good friends through the years! We're a "Winter Texan Family" and enjoy so many wonderful activities and times together. There's a beautiful Water Fountain as you enter the Shuffleboard and then Pool and Hot Tub areas. Our daily activities are just great! We have the largest hall in the area and host many concerts, dances, etc. Church services, Bible Studies, we have it all! There are many parks in the area, but I guarantee you the atmosphere and friendliness here is exceptional!
