This place is great if you are looking for peace and quiet. We traveled to Redlands for a 3 day convention so we wanted a peaceful place to rest. We found it in Mssion RV. It has a super friendly and helpful staff, great owners and great super clean facilities. The comunity bathroom and showers are super clean and spacious. The spot we were assigned had issues and the owner immediately came over and helped us solve it to the point of moving us from space herself..!!! We were so happy with her treatment of us we invited her to join us for a late lunch at our site. We were so impressed with the place we invited 2 other convention goer friends to join us next year. Highly recommend it....

Extensively Managed with Rules, Left with Unauthorized Charges The park itself is physically decent, clean, and well-maintained, but the management style is incredibly rigid, over-regulated, and ultimately led to unauthorized charges on my account. If you stay here, prepare to be policed constantly. During our stay, we experienced a non-stop barrage of petty rule enforcement. We have a small 12x3-foot portable dog pen that fits entirely within our rented site to let our pups catch some fresh air. On day two, we got a call forcing us to tear it down. Next came a frustrating, ongoing saga with parking. The manager originally told me I could park my truck partially into the empty neighboring site because she wasn't planning to rent it, while my husband’s Bronco Sport had to go against the property fence. I pointed out that my husband's car easily fit directly in front of our RV instead, which she agreed to. Despite that agreement, staff bothered us three separate times over the next few weeks, claiming we were "six inches to a foot" over the line. Over the course of our stay, we had staff knocking on our door 5+ times for minor, trivial things. It feels like they drive around actively hunting for rule-breakers. To make matters worse for pet owners, for nearly the entirety of our month-long stay, the fenced community dog run had a sign stating it was "permanently closed" as a collective punishment because some renters hadn't picked up after their dogs. They only finally notified us that it was open again for our last three days there. The breaking point, however, was check-out. We completely vacated our site by the 11:00 AM deadline and pulled off to the side of the road strictly to hitch up our towed vehicle for safe transit. For being in the driveway for a few minutes past 11:00 AM to connect our truck, they withheld our $50 security deposit. Then, they handed us a handwritten paper receipt for $58.00 for a "late check-out," but turned around and ran my Navy Federal card for $78.00 at 11:35 AM. Charging a "custom amount" that is nearly double the standard daily rate for a 35-minute hitching window—and changing the amount after handing us a receipt—is completely unacceptable. Between the overcharges on our extension weeks, the unauthorized card charges, and the constant knocks on the door, the micromanagement isn't worth it. Watch your receipts and bank statements very carefully if you stay here.

I have stayed at Mission RV multiple times in the last 4 years. Always have been very happy with my stay and with staff and management. Have usually dealt with Norma and she has been one of the best in the business. Last year, they changed the reservation system so I could not make my normal August reservation until May. Last year's stay was great as always. This year, in March, 2026, I called for my August, 2026, reservation. The person I spoke to was very rude and seemed not willing to help at all. I asked for her named multiple times and she flat REFUSED to tell me her name. I asked who the manager was and she told me Maria was the owner and would NOT tell me anything about Norma. She said I had to call back in May for August. One of the rudest people I've come across in a position of service to the public. I called on May 1, 2026, and was quickly told it was full and no spaces available through the end of the year. Again, I asked for her name, and she would not give it to me. I asked if Norma was available and she said she is no longer at Mission RV. I asked for Maria and she claimed she was busy. For Maria and Jesse: This person needs to be GONE today. She is the worse representative of your once great business and is destroying it with her nasty attitude to long time customers. Do NOT Stay Here, EVER Again.

Great overnight stop. Easy on/off I-10. Secured gate with code entry. Wide back-in, concrete site. Mostly permanent residents, small quiet park that is kept clean & tidy. Did not use any amenities. We recommend and would return if in the area.
