If we're not careful on my mom's rent bill they try to sneak in extra fees & charges that are not hers to pay! They charged late fees & i had them removed , thank God my mom saves all her money order receipts & we were able to prove she's never been late paying this rent

Very disappointed been by here a few times No one's ever in the office. Called get the voicemail sometimes which says the office is open till 5:00 p.m. finally get a hold of somebody, make an appointment, but then no one's in the office when we show up for the appointment. They didn't call cancel they didn't do anything and they they just left us sitting here wondering where they were and again don't answer the phone when we call say we're here. We have now been sitting here for 30 minutes we arrive 15 minutes early for appointment.
