Rose the officer manager is the sweetest lady I've met. She is very hospitable and very welcoming. Neighbors are really nice people. Great location HEB, Wal-Mart, and Sam's club 1/4 mile away. Not to far from downtown, but far enough to miss the downtown traffic.Facilities are clean laundry room and showers very well kept. Pet friendly and lots are the cheapest in town. Highly recommended!

So friendly here considering the area, Rose in the front office is so nice and welcoming. Maintenance Nico is awesome! So friendly and always willing to help!

We visited here a couple of weeks ago, front office clerk was very nice and attentive. The maintenance guy Nico was also so sweet and helped us set up with no hesitation, very hard worker.

Not so good a place anymore. Dirty and too much drama. Never know if ur gonna get bit by a stray dog. The upkeep is terrible. No full time maintenance help and places are covered with black mold. Has literally gone to the dogs. Too much is put on the office girls shoulders.
