There are mostly permanent tenants that are really packed in tightly, but friendly. They had 3 washers/dryers that worked really,$2 each. It was nice that you could access the river from the RV park. Showers left much to be desired. Very strong manure smell this time of year.

Cabins are cute, location is great. No linens supplied for futon that's uncomfortable however other amenities make up for the one issue. Very cool place.

Sad to come back and leave such a negative review but the experience we had on the 4th of july was just devastating. We booked a site for the weekend being told we were getting an rv site like we had in the past, they mentioned it was on the smaller side but nothing else. We arrive to our “spot” being used as parking for the tent sites, theres a porta potty in the site, no post labeling our site, we couldnt even put up our own tent in the “space” provided none the less our friends tent too. At one point they wanted to leave someone else’s cargo trailer in our spot because they had no space for all the people they booked, at that point we asked for a refund. We only got $40 of our $90 back for a “cancellation fee” we have been going for 3 years and have never been treated so poorly. Whoever used to work front desk was absolutely amazing and never would’ve put us in this situation as we are now out of a vacation, its me and my fiancés anniversary and we just got engaged, every year for our anniversary we celebrate it with misty river, well that stops after this year. We will not be going back.

Tent, rv and cabin spaces ! The area is just off of highway 6 leading into the town.. you can hear traffic passing. Really amazing accommodations and responses !! I am surely grateful to be able to stay in this cute cabin :) Shower are EXaTermly Hot! Good if you like it hot ! Friendly neighbors :) great spot for in between work travel 🚗

We stayed here a full year for work and loved everyday of it. Beautiful scenery everywhere. Lonnie and Stan and Haley are amazing. Very clean. We highly recommend this park. We stayed in spit 45.

We spent a little more than a month here. We had some technical issues with the camper on our way and were a few days late arriving. The staff was extremely understanding and held our reservation. Our reservation has been made kind of last minute and only for two weeks. After two weeks in the park we decided to stay longer and had to move to another spot in the back. Site 65 I believe. The entire stay was quiet. There is a sense of community in the park. We full-time in our travel trailer but are still somehow terrible planners and they even were able to accommodate us for Labor Day. This is not by any means and extremely high end RV resort. But for the price you can’t beat it. The staff is great! And above all it is very safe. I left my yeti cooler outside every night for over a month without any worries. Stan even gave me a bunch of great fishing information and loan me a ride for a couple days. Can’t be that!

WOW What a experience My son and I just had at the campground. The host “ Stan the Man “ invited us to go crabbing with him. This was very unexpected and we had the time of our Life. We will make this place a regular on our outings. Thank you so much Stan it really meant the world to us.
