HOST WENT THROUGH OUR BELONGINGS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. A last-name mix-up led us to the wrong cabin, but instead of reaching out through Airbnb (where we had already been communicating) the host entered our cabin without permission and went through our belongings to “verify” our identity. This was a major violation of privacy and made us feel completely unsafe. When I confronted Brenna, the staff member who did this, she refused to take any responsibility. Instead of acknowledging how serious it is to go through a guest’s belongings without permission, she first denied doing it, then later tried to justify it by saying, “I didn’t open your bag ALL the way.” Her dismissive attitude was shocking and made the entire situation even more unsettling. I would strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking here.

great site, but for the price it’s what you’d expect. showers are ok, pool is nice, hot tub not warm enough to enjoy at night. there’s ok laundry and dish washing area. over all pretty neutral. ($60 for a tent site, no idea the price for hook up)

Loved the deluxe cabin and proximity to Arches & Moab. General store and staff were great. We loved our stay and would stay again. A few things I want to mention. The AC unit is very loud. Bring earplugs if that would bother you. There is a lot of light coming in from outside via the window on the door. The shower head is mounted very low. I’m only 5’2”, and it was low even for me. It’s still a wonderful stay! Would definitely go back!

What can I say. I was suckered in by the false/misleading advertising for a "live music" at this location. The staff at check in were aware, as they were discussing these changes that "were made by corporate" and wondering how many others had seen it. The RV spots are small. Like 1/2 spots. There will be 2 of you sharing those spaces, and you will share the grass area as well. The overall space, was clean. The tent spots and cabins were the prime spots. Spacious, shaded.

Staff were friendly and no issues at check in. The site was suitable for our 2 night stay, we had some shade with a tree between our site and our neighbours site. Full service and a decent dog run. Pool was great for the kids, and also had a nice splash park. I wish the pool didn’t close so early. Would stay here again when visiting Moab.
