We lived in Mojave Mobile home Park for 10 years. My older children grew up there, it's a family friendly park. It's clean and the families that live there watch out for each other.

My friend lives here for many years . The owners are reasonable as well as kind . The community there is families 👪 and retirees .Pretty respectful of each others privacy

A lots of cars very crowded congested the water in the pool some of the mobile homes look run down but overall not bad

Seriously I heard the Obama family was going to move here when they retire. Buy you're slots and parcels while you can. Once the secret service moves here to watch over them prices will go through the roof so get those parcels while you can. Who knows you'll be rich and maybe even strike oil.
