Went on Halloween Weekend, the property was nice, clean and very busy. The campsites next to us (all 3 ) had a "Haunted House" set up for trick or treat. This "Haunted House" became their bar later in the evening. The loud music and pot smoke continued well after the designated 11:00 pm quite time. KOA representatives ask them to quiet down, we could hear party goers yelling "party poopers". The music turned off as the representatives left but soon it was going again. This continued until well after midnight. The next morning pot smoke started up again. I guess this was just not what we expected from KOA goers.

the campground was beautiful but packed in. For being Halloween the activities were to many at one time, the kids couldn't do all of them when they are at the same time in different locations. The site we had was awful because the power wouldn't stay on for one of My groups. They had small kids and a baby and had to leave the camp at 1 am because the power wouldn't stay on. All that was plugged in was an electric blanket. The sites were $170.00 each and we couldn't utilize the electric at all. Not to mention cooking on another one of our sites, I had 1 pan plugged in and the breaker blew about 10 times in a matter of 15 minutes. It took over an hour and half to make gravy. Very disappointed with this place and will not return.

Called to confirm my site and ask about visitors before our stay. I was told they don't charge by person anymore, but that its 5 dollars per car. - However my visitors were turned away due to their new 6 person per site rule (although they weren't staying the night) , they just came to hang out a bit and participate in trick or treating. - we have been doing this 10 years as its a favorite, and have never had a problem having visitors. - We won't be coming back.

BEWARE, THEY NO LONGER DO DAY PASSES for Halloweekends. Our family has been coming here for 5 years, and always have a great time. My wife and son stay the weekend with my brother/sister in law and kids, 1 site, 1 RV, 6 campers total. Per usual I come on Saturday afternoon, buy a day pass, park, and enjoy the trick or treating and halloween activities with my family, then leave around 10pm. This has never been an issue until this year. Upon arrival on Saturday 10/11/25, I went to the office to buy my day pass and park, I was told sternly by the elderly lady that since our camp site already had 6 campers and 2 cars, I was not able to stay. I explained the situation and asked if there was any other options and she said no, I must leave. Another person in the office that I believe was not an employee told me to just park outside the gate and walk in. The desk lady did not like that idea and yelled at her and told me not to do that. I left and missed spending the day with my family. My brother in law later spoke to some other campers who laughed when told our experience and said they knew plenty of people that came in for the day for trick or treat and events. So I guess the other option is to just enter and park and skip going to the office to pay for a pass. We however will be looking for a new campground next year

We spent this past weekend, Friday- Monday for the halloween weekend. The best part was the friendly gentleman that came around checking sites. Trick or treating was fun but honestly the highlight of the weekend. Events for kids had results thrown away before medals could even be claimed . Minimal play areas for kids, and the expressway is next to the campground so the only sound of nature you get is the semis coming through. Sites are small and crammed. Mini golf is overgrown and not maintained. No water attractions on a 85+ degree weekend and if you need to use the showers, enjoy the neighbors soap suds backing into your shower room.

This past weekend my family and friends stayed the weekend at the campground for their Halloween weekends! Every single staff member I encountered were not only kind but went out of their way to make our time their enjoyable! Like many campgrounds they employ teenagers. I've seen in so many reviews this portrayed as a bad thing?!?! Which blows my mind!!! I saw these kids going out of their way to not only ensure our children had fun but also saw them take their safety seriously. The campground is currently under construction and yes I have seen some areas that need some TLC and some attention. Bathrooms need to be checked more, some sites need attention. This isn't something that will stop me from returning. Your staffs kindness is what i appreciated the most! Also finally a shout out to Linda who was so kind to help me with a Halloween sweatshirt disaster, she turned a stained shirt in transport into something so cool!!! Thank you again Linda!!!!

This camp ground is great. They are making a lot of improvements including 2 pools, new splash pad, new putt putt golf and new playground. They offer many activities for children of all ages, including tye dyeing t shirts, face painters, magic show and dodge ball. Their store is very well stocked and most of their staff is very friendly.

This past weekend my family and myself stayed here. We absolutely enjoyed our time. First, I'd like to say how incredibly nice the staff was. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Shout out to the guy who was making pancakes, he seemed to really enjoy his job. The free all you can eat pancakes was great. I ended up paying for breakfast meat both mornings, which was fine, but next time, I'll bring my own. They had a pirate theme weekend and it was very enjoyable for my daughter. She loved tie dying her very own KOA shirt, great souvenir and memory. The treasure hunt and slime making was fun. The wet and wild water wagon was great family fun. As for the negatives, the playground is absolutely outdated and needs a complete overhaul. The paddle boats and bikes seemed to be very outdated as well. I was afraid to rent a boat, because I didn't know if it would make it around the lake. There is a catch and release fishing pond, but there's only one area that's fishing friendly , it would be nice if there was other areas around the lake that was easier for fishing. The waterside was great for the kids, I wish it would of stayed opened pass 6pm, ideally 8pm would be better. I stayed in a cabin that accommodated 4 people. The cabin itself was clean, however I did find 2 bed bugs , one was alive and the other was dead. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was great. The TV only has a few channels , and the wifi never worked, so I wasn't able to connect any of the smart apps on the TV. The cabin had a gas grill outside which I used and was nice. The fridge in the room was very small. So if you plan on staying more than 2 days , I wouldn't recommend staying in this cabin, because of keeping your food at safe temperature. Having a bathroom in the cabin was great and convenient. There's construction happening, but wasn't going on during my stay. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

We just did a quick one night overnight stay to take care of business up that way. We stayed during the week and it was a very quiet campground but you can tell on the weekend it is a very happening place with a lot of Halloween activities to do. Also, it looks like they have lots of activities for the summer with slides, swimming in pond, snack booths, paddle boats etc. Looks like a great campground for kids. My only drawback was not much gravel on roads or sites. It probably gets pretty muddy when wet.

Love this place! My family has enjoyed camping here for 20 years or so and never had and issue. Always something to do, events are posted at major spots and happen every few hours. Great for first timers who want to experience camping. -Just please pick up after yourself so other can enjoy their trip as well.-

This is very fun rv park for kids! Plenty of activities to do. Plus they have a pond for fishing, one for swimming and a water slide! The only thing I didn't care for is most of the sites are small and very close together. Check them out if your looking for a fun place for kids. The camp store has most anything you could need or would have forgotten and are priced fairly reasonably. They have a concession stand as well. All in all we had a very enjoyable experience here.

I stayed here to be closer to a temporary work assignment in Ohio for a couple days. Had family down over the weekend. Great park. I had a site with full hookups near the entrance. These sites are pretty tight. With slides and awnings out, you are only a couple feet from your neighbors. Tons of activities for the kids! Spacious playgrounds, tie dye shirt making, painting, bicycle glow parade, mini golf, over sized chess, game room, water slides, fishing pond, swimming lake, etc. With that said, this isn't a quiet, relaxing campground. It's pretty noisy until late so just know that going in. Lots if people have fun. Camp store is great. Stocked well with supplies, food, toys, and camper parts. Easy on and off from freeway (US23). We would return!
