Monte Vista is a resort style, year round community for those who wish to live in a friendly environment. I have had the good fortune of living here at an extended period of time from a resident who owns a property. Highly recommend! Lots of activities to keep a wide variety of people things to do together.

Cowboy Sailor (Thumper)

Not a whole lot to comment on. They are pet friendly, but my dog is 11 weeks old and has only had her first shots. Also full of roudyness and they want me to keep her on a leash. Sorry too young for all her shots and too vulnerable to pet diseases. I put the leash on her and let her run and learn to play fetch (really good at it BTY), but got a verbal warning about keeping my dog under control.

The people are friendly and happy here. There's swimming pool, tennis courts, croquet field, and good entertainment.

Very beautiful and we'll maintained resort . The Pool area is amazing with beautiful waterfalls sparkling clean swimming pools . With cabana seats to relax in . I am here visiting my uncle for the holiday weekend . I've enjoyed my stay here security is very friendly ( a few of them are ) I did however have one issue with night security though . Almost as if he has something against us by picking on us and putting parking tickets on our vehicles and not very friendly at all.!! I think maybe he's trying to hard to be a.police officer when in fact he's a security guard . Please lighten up sir. Anyway monte vista is really great

Very nice and well kept vacation homes. You can tell people take care of their houses and items. Lots of amenities. Several pools, nice sized weight room. The residents are super friendly. Highly recommended.
