Kids love the park and staff are great. It's also pretty relaxing for parents. The only complaint I have is upkeep of shower/bathroom areas, need a serious facelift and plumbing update, this is the main item why we don't go there more often. Also, Pool needs better care and yard care around bounce pillow as kids get sand burrs in their feet if they go off the end/sides.

I am disappointed to see negative reviews. Our experience was very good. We stayed for 5 nights in Cindy Bear Cabin 2. It was so cute and had a loft area for the kids to play. During our stay there was a massive storm that came through that I believe was later classified as a tornado. It was scary and dangerous. We all sheltered in the General Store. The power went out. The staff was PHENOMENAL. They gave the kids flashlights and did everything they could to help them through a scary time. After it was over there were trees uprooted right out of the ground. The Wibit was completely mangled and they weren’t able to get it back up and functioning during our stay but I don’t feel that much could have been done. We can’t really prevent a tornado. The staffs response to the aftermath was incredible. They were working around the clock to clear trees and make the resort functioning. My brother in law and sisters cabin had a tree fall on it. They had just arrived shortly before the storm came. Within a few hours after the tree came down it was cleared off and they were still able to stay in the cabin they had reserved. We had an awesome family vacation and are grateful to the staff of this resort for their phenomenal response. No need to leave the resort. Millions of things to do and the kids had a great time. Thank you to the staff and the resort.

We were there when the storm hit July11th. Others were getting notifications from the office. I did not. I know you don't control the weather, but you could have offered some sort of reimbursement for the day of camping and golf cart rental we didn't get once we were told to move in the middle of the night. I know, we could have stayed somewhere in the camp. It was our choice to leave. But this is all about corporate greed. I'm sure I will never be back. The office staff was very friendly and all the kids were having fun till then. If you like to over pay for camping, this place is for you

THE VIBES ARE IMMACULATE ♥️ My husband, myself and our four children (2-10) stayed here for the 4th of July weekend! Our experience was nothing short of amazing! I’m not even exaggerating when I say that their firework show was better than my hometown’s. 🙈🤣 The staff kept everything organized and safe. The sites were clean, functional, spacious and easy to access. Bathrooms/showers were plentiful. It was a busy weekend yet my kiddos got to experience everything we wanted. Staff made sure everyone got their turn. Being a busy weekend, we did see some teens with unruly behavior and even a bit of an accident with a kiddo. — Jellystone staff and bystanders had quick reaction times to both situations and everything ended up being okay! ♥️ This place feels safe. This place feels relaxing. This place could NEVER be boring. 100/10 recommend for your family getaway! We just pulled out but I had to write this review ASAP to hopefully convince another family to head here before summer is over! 🫶🏻 We cannot wait until next time!!!

Our kids wanted to try camping for their first time. Tent sites were spacious and very clean! I love how they had a “trash service” every day. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. SO much to do! Daily itinerary so the kids were constantly on the go so no reason or excuse to be bored! Food was delicious!! I appreciated the lifeguards at the Wibit!
