Nice RV park, beautiful views, quiet, and spaces are narrow, the plug is upside down which was a little challenging. Laundry room was clean, $2.00 to wash $2.00 to dry, I did have to pay to dry again which was frustrating, The bathroom with showers could be cleaner, and adding a hook for your towel, and a cabinet to set your things would be nice. But the park is nice close to town, landscaping is nice. I would stay again

This is a photo of my curb side. BBQing and sitting outside are not part of the appeal of this park. Spaces are very narrow and close together to maximize revenue. Most all residents are long term pull-behinds. For big rigs with slideouts, there are far better parks in the area. The 50 amp plug-in is installed upside down in the pedestal which makes it difficult to connect.

Clean, safe location. Fine for an overnight stay, but not extended. Spaces are very narrow and on a hillside with major slopes. Spots are level and everything worked fine. Bathrooms and showers were well lit and clean. Laundry facility is clean, but beware... coin op with no change machine on site and office will not make change! Lol Get your own quarters before you park and hook up! Dog parks are also on slopes. I'm disabled and unable to access them as well as having extreme difficulties navigating even in our own space. See photos. Would not recommend for children or disabled due to slopes. Quiet except for highway noise and occasional dog barks. Beautiful park down the road with river access, about a 1/4 mile. I wouldn't stay here again, but might be fine for others.

WiFi doesn't work. Quoted one price then charged me almost two times as much. Freeway noise is RIGHT NEXT TO YOU! If I could get my money back, I would. Hopefully you will make a wiser Choice than I did....

Terrible wifi, sewer hook ups don't fit, lady at front office is rude... Good old boys mentality and not the good kind.

Very friendly, clean, with great tasting water. To some that might not mean much, but to me it does. GP city water tastes like chemicals, this taste like fresh spring water. So, it's a welcomed bonus to me. This is not a snobby park. There are older RVs in here, but they're kept up. There's a large grassy knoll for you to walk your pooch too. We all clean up after ourselves and be prepared to acknowledge your neighbors because we all wave and smile too. If you're lucky enough to get to stay here bring your smiles and your camera. Gorgeous scenery with the mountains and the Rogue River at Tom Pearce Park being just down the road.

Nice little park but don't complain you'll be harassed... Sewer lines don't fit and the wifi sucks..

Quiet community with tight spaces. Helpful staff and unassuming location just 5-10 minutes outside of town.

This is by far the best resort our family has stayed at. Everything is always clean, all the facilities look like brand new, neighbors are very nice and quiet. We are surrounded by mountains, it's a very nice feeling waking up and seeing all the nature around, great experiences, we cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

Great quiet, very well maintained park close to everything! We came over to Grants Pass to get a Duraflap installed on the back of the motorhome. Everything about this town was more than expected (all in a good way). Staff was friendly and helpful both by phone and while on site offering info on things to do and see as well as recommendations for some services we needed and inquired about. You can see signs for this park from the interstate which makes it really easy to find. Good news also is that you really can't hear a lot of road noise once in the park. Sites are terraced into the hill and very level. Many pull throughs. Roads through the park are paved and sites are gravel leading to a concrete pad and followed by gravel. Extensive landscaping between and around each site makes this feel homey and well cared for. Landscaping is well maintained without overgrowth or weeds. Mid-size trees provide some shade throughout the day. Full hookups include good cable offerings and reception as well as excellent wifi signal/speed (am using it to write this review and have been online several hours with no issues). Campers were considerate of each other and while it is clear that there are a number of long term-ers there is no "ooze" of stuff nor sloppy sites in the park. No pool but nice bath house and laundry facility on site. Priced at $40 per night for full hook up. Close to shopping and town. If you come here, plan to stay around a few days and check out Grants Pass. Small town welcoming feel with some great stuff to do (Hellgate Jetboat Excursions and The Glass Forge are my personal favorites). We camped here in a 40 ft. motorhome - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This is a very tranquil park! My family and I had an absolute great time here! The staff was very courteous and helpful when we showed up. The sites were decently spaced so we weren’t cramped. There were also a good array of sites to choose from so we didn’t have to get stuck with one site for our rig. The facilities were really clean and everything I noticed was nicely maintained. They had some fun activities there was relaxing for the whole family! My favorite part was the beautiful nature this park is in, the location is almost perfect and I don’t think anyone can be disappointed by this lovely view! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
