Worst management in the area. Been here 7 years and they have done everything to save themselves money and screw the tenants. Haven't made a late payment in over 2 years or nsf issue and now we're being told if we ever had a late payment we can't pay online we have to go to Walmart to pay rent. No notice or warning. Not to mention a kid was recently hit by a car because they removed the speed bumps. Joke of a place to live.

A lot of cats tho and dogs running around kids out in the street all day in the way toys everywhere but can get a great home Mary’s great as well and for a few thousand you can become a home owner

I've lived here about two months and I love it!! No loud neighbors no more parking problems. Great staff quick and efficient maintenance team!! So glad we moved here..... So now here I am at the end of my lease and can't wait to move. Fully expect to have roaches in your home something we didn't have until we moved here. Expect every neighborhood kid to be running through your yard leaving trash stealing your child's toys. Expect them to be leaving notices nitpicking about your grass but can't keep the kids out of your yard. On the plus side my water bill was great and electric never too high. The ladies in the office do a great job but there's only so much they are allowed to do. Plz be mindful that your neighbors driveway is 2 ft from your bedroom window. For the price you'll pay for rent for a trailer you might as well get a house also they do have a tornado shelter but once everybody in the park crimes in it for a tornado it gets to be 150° can't breathe and then you got home boy lighting a cigarette

Jennifer is amazing! My family of 5 was living in a hotel due to an appointment getting rented out from under us! I called in and asked for information, she sent me a application same day(Friday), she called me on Monday and said we where approved! I paid the deposit same day(Monday), but had to wait 3 days because the trailer was getting new appliances and carpet(no big deal at all)!! We got moved in and love it. They work with you, and when things need to be taken care of they get it done! The only reason I didn't put a 5star review is because the kids in this area! There is a group of young kids(9-13) both boys and girls who basically cop knock and run every weekend sometimes twice in one night! This is just annoying and when u have a 3month old it kind of messes up your whole night! The kids across from me leave trash, toys, and other things all across our yards, and in the street. Some residents tend to drive a little fast and the parents let kids who are maybe 2-3 years old just roam around with a 8-9 year old. With all that being said the property is not bad at all, it's some of the people who are! Kids are not watched and they mess things up! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, just watch for kiddos!

I've lived here since October of 2019, always pay bills on time, never ever late! We are renting to own so that we can take this and put it on our own property. We'll at first we were excited because the agreement says that for the first year as long as you put a work order in , they will fix it. Well, my pipes to our master bathroom tub have drained straight to the ground because it's missing a pipe since we moved in, I have put several work orders in and the maintenance men came and looked at it 2 times and said they would be back and never came back! Also when we first viewed the home before we moved in, we checked the central heat and air, the heat worked great but air didn't work at all. So work order was put in immediately before we even paid deposit . Then when summer hit, maintenance came out filled it full of freon, it worked for 2 or 3 days then no more. Another work order was put in and maintenance said there was a leak, so me trusting them, I figured he fixed the leaks properly. Come to find out he only put tape on them. So we ended up with ac units in the windows. I am planning on meeting with the office today and getting this fixed. I've always had trouble with kids hitting my trucks with footballs. Or running through my yard with water guns and spraying my motorcycles or writing on our trucks. And im sick of it. Someone needs to get control of this community and treat the tenants right. My landlord no longer works here so maybe she was the issue. We will find out today

It was a good day, felt safe and the kids i heard and seen playing were happy. The people were nice as well. I'm looking for a place to live, it would be a place I'd consider.
