Very large, fully wooded sites that offer more privacy than any other campground we've ever been to, and cabins for those not RVing or tenting. The true hidden treasure is the nature trail by the bridge, with beautiful waterfalls, quietly hidden away a very short walk from the hustle and bustle of the gigantic heated pool. We had an issue with a neighboring site's unleashed dogs and the owner, Joe, was very willing to step in on our behalf, as well as offering to move our site and offer free late checkout (we declined both but appreciated the offers). His pride of ownership is abundantly clear, and his warm personality makes you feel at ease. This isn't our first stay here, and will definitely not be our last. Cell services leaves a lot to be desired, but also forces you to step away from the screens and enjoy the surroundings.

If you want to get away from all of the city definitely go there! 0 service!! I went a few days ago as a photographer for a wedding!

This was such a fun place to go camping with kids. The heated pool is awesome and the water slides are so fun. I personally loved swimming in the natural pool. Someone did come onto our site and steal chicken from our cooler and our paper plates but other than that it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be going back next summer.

We were passing through so only stayed 2 nights and wish we had more time. Booked RV site #6 and were very impressed with the amount of space we had and privacy. It’s a pricey campground, but with all the amenities it provides, it’s understandable and worth it for us. Everything we saw was very well maintained. Huge store, nice playground, and arcade. Since we were there for only 1 full day we splurged and rented a cabana and very glad we did. We have a 6 & 8 year old and they played all day in the pool, going down the slides over and over. They had a blast and we liked that the pool was shallow enough and felt very safe. I read some reviews of people complaining about staff and we had good luck as we had Patrick at check-in. He was the gem of the place, super welcoming and helpful. We’ll be back if we are ever in the area again!

This year was our 3rd year camping at Moose Hillock in Warren NH. We always have a blast, the sites are big and clean, the amenities are the best but the real reason I’m leaving this review (I never leave reviews) is because on the last night of our trip this year our truck suddenly wouldn’t start. This was obviously scary for us as we were 1.5 hours away from home with our camper and 2 small children with no idea how we would get off our site by check out the following morning. We spoke with one of the owners (I wish I could remember his name) and he not only tried to jump our truck with his own vehicle but he reassured us that we were welcome to stay as long as we needed to get our truck fixed and that he wouldn’t charge us extra for not being able to check out, even offered us another night at no cost if we had needed and told me to go ahead and take our kids swimming while my husband worked on our truck. It was so refreshing and made us not rush and panic about what to do. They truly made us feel like family and we will absolutely be back every year. We can’t thank them enough.

Great place, needs wifi at the campsites. Tough for those of us that want or need to work remotely a little while camping.

Large private sites. Pool was highlight. But pool overcrowded at times. No lifeguards. No one manning the slides. Kids on top of each other going down facing all directions. Spinal cord injury in the making. Whole side of pool saved for people paying for cabanas even though they were not being used… this spaced would be better served for more chairs accommodating people to sit and supervise their kids. The campground is VERY hilly, not paved, not enjoyable for a bike ride. Zero Wi-Fi or cell service. Little to no activities… but there’s church…??? No thanks. My 9 year old went in the bathroom once and refused to go back in bc of how filthy it was. Pond not stocked no one was catching anything. No trash around. No convenient dog park or trash receptacles like a lot of other places. No close attractions I can’t imagine being there on a rainy day. A lot to be desired……

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned after 6pm:dirty floors, over flowing trash and puke in the sink. The only good thing about this campground is the pool. They also play religious music and give you verse from the Bible at checkin…

All I can say . . is it depends what you are looking for and what site you have. Our site was near a restroom/shower station . . the door was slamming (wicked loud) all hours of the day and night . . you can imagine. The motion sensor/flood light from the restrooms was so bright it was hard to imagine you were camping . . not to mention all the people staring at you while they were passing by :( . I asked to be moved after the first night and the answer was "No". There is not a lot in the area to do . . . unless you plan on driving at least 35 minutes. Two stars are that the campground is sooo clean and love the huge pool. Great on a beautiful day . . but lack of wifi on a rainy day or nearby shopping, restaurants, or attractions for us was a "bust".
