It combines the charm of a public park with the reliability of a well-maintained campground, offering a slow-paced alternative to busy highway stops.

Location & Surroundings

The park is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 45 and Highway 25, offering a peaceful buffer from the main roads. The surrounding landscape is a mix of rolling terrain and fertile river banks, creating a serene environment that feels secluded despite being only minutes away from the essential services and local dining found in downtown Aberdeen.

Amenities & Park Features

The campground is thoughtfully designed to accommodate modern rigs with several full hookup RV sites. These sites provide water, sewer, and electrical service, with many featuring large concrete pads for easier leveling and stability. Beyond the pads, the park includes a public boat launch, making it easy to transition from the land to the water. Visitors can also enjoy covered picnic pavilions and clean restroom facilities that support a comfortable stay whether you are here for a night or a week.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Anglers will find excellent opportunities for crappie and bass fishing throughout the Tennessee-Tombigbee system right from the park's edge. For those who prefer land-based exploration, the city of Aberdeen is home to over 200 buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, offering a deep dive into Southern heritage and architecture. Additionally, the nearby Blue Bluff Recreation Area provides stunning limestone cliffs and hiking trails that offer a different perspective of the local river geography.

Unless your launching a John boat with a mud motor, don't do it. Water is 2ft or less, full of sludge. The light near the boat ramp need to be closer to the ramp for night launch/loading. Other than that, it's a decent place. Plenty of parking.

Quiet, serene campground located on the scenic Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway in Aberdeen, MS. Water, electricity, grills, and fire ring at each campsite. Boat ramp and dumping station onsite. Everything you need for a weekend getaway or for a nice vacation. Well worth checking it out.

Would be 5 but no sewer at each site..goos dump station with easy access though. Managers are precious people. Park is fairly clean with nice tree coverage. Clean cut meadow. Quiet and peaceful feel here.
