Great place to live and the employees for the park are efficient and very friendly. The rent for 2026 is staying the same as last year! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

We wintered at Morningside for 22 years and really liked the park, its activities, and location. Health issues forced us to return to our northern home to be near family.

Lovely park with lots of activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our site was wide and we had great neighbors. The location was walking distance to a Walmart and ace hardware. Pickleball was available at the armory downtown or Price Park, both 10 min by car.
