Wicked Boring, super small and no real adventure to be had. Coolest thing there is the decommissioned Ferry. Is a point of interest for you to get your StatePark stamp book finished.

This park is mainly for fishing. Three water ways come together at the park for great fishing! They have rentals for canoes and a party barge. You have to call for times but offer guided river tours. The park only have two trails but are really nice and easy to walk. Plenty of room for bike riding. If you forget your bike, you can rent some of their bikes. The staff was amazing. All camp sites are 50/30 amp RV sites with full hookups including sewer. Sites 12 thru 24 are very roomy. The cabins are elevated, VERY nice. One is wheelchair acessible with a nice long ramp. If you want a short or long stay, I highly recommend this park. It's close to several other places to see and do! It's the site of the old barge that closed in 1992. The barge is on display and is also handicap accessible. Thanks to the awesome staff for all their help in making a great New Year's trip!!!

CLEANEST CAMPGROUND EVER! We 100% enjoyed our weekend at Moro Bay! We have 6 & 10 yr old girls, two dogs, and a yearning to still relax. This was just the place! The playground is amazing, our dogs enjoyed the space, and we had a view of the water when we woke up each morning. The ladies were cleaning the bathrooms/showers each morning when I went at 7:00. The bathrooms were prestige, the showers were great, and the whole place was EXACTLY what we needed!

Absolutely beautiful. Small park but extremely clean. Nice trails.

A little bit out of the way, but the people working at the visitor center were nice and I got my passport stamp. Looks like a good place to fish and I saw a few fish jumping out of the water. 05/22/2025

Awesome place, just the antiqe ferry makes this place worth the admission (free). A great place to pack a lunch and have a picnic

I was last at Moro Bay in Late 2023. The park is a whole lot different in the spring. The trail is marked better, the day was cooler. An enjoyable hike of just about a mile from the parking area at the docks to the trail and back. Mostly level, sandy soil. Easy hike for young and old.

Extremely pleased with my experience! The cabins did not disappoint and I could not recommend them more. Talk about glamping--every cooking utensil was provided and the living quarters were perfectly cozy. The park rangers were friendly and worked with us when we had an issue getting to the park on check-in day. Extremely satisfied visitor! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for comfort, cleanliness, customer service, amenities, and natural beauty!

This State Park is a nice park that caters mostly to fisherman. But we stayed in a cabin with our family and enjoyed it immensely (minus the maintenance staff that invaded unannounced a few hours before we were going to check out. We were pushed to check out early because of this, but the other staff were very apologetic.) The cabins are VERY nice though, and the view of the water out the entire back side makes it feel as though the cabins are in the water. We also enjoyed the ferry/tugboat exhibit and the animal information inside the visitor's center. All of the staff in the visitor's center were some of the nicest we have met in the many AR state parks we have visited.

Very cool state park, although small. 5 nice 2nd story cabins as you enter the park. Small exhibits in the visitors center. Theres a small marina. The old ferry was really interesting to walk on and check it out. The RV camping sites have about half of them overlooking the water. Very nice playground. Seems like a nice place for families with kids.

Giving this place 5 stars and we didn't even stay there, just visited. Will be planning a trip to one of the campsites soon. When it's cooler weather or maybe just get one of the cabins. Visitors center was really nice with friendly/helpful staff. The park itself doesn't seem very big, but it's laid out well and very clean. River access looks very appealing for fishing. Very impressed with the place. Obviously, I'm writing a review without ever staying here.
