It's a wonderful place to walk your dog or park the RV for a bit.

First let me say that Moscow Maples is a well shaded quiet RV Park. I reserved a space or a 3 way weekend over the phone. I asked to give them confirmation payment and the management stated that was not necessary. We checked in the following day and extended our stay an extra day because my 5 year old granddaughter may be visiting. We setup the camper and was enjoying the park's childrens play area. My 4 year old grandson enjoyed the sandbox. The parking spot that we were given had barely enough room to park the camper and open the awning. The full hookup sewer connection was literally inches from our awning. This was ignored as we did not have any close neighbors. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The following day my son, his friend and my 5 year old granddaughter came to visit. I told the office that I did not know how long that they may be staying but would take care of any added costs when I was checking out. Their response was OK. I took both of my grandchildren to the play area and watched as they played. I guess that I took my eyes of the kids for a few seconds. My 4 year old grandson.had put some sand on the slide. An elderly man, RV owner? Was yelling at him about the sand. My grandson cleared the sand and apologized for doing something wrong. I payed no attention to this person that reprimanded my grandson at that time. I am still approving of this campgrounds. My son his friend spent the night and stayed throughout the day. Remember, I have already talked to the office ( MARY) that I would take care of additional costs when I was leaving. This brings us into the third day of our weekend. The pool was opened after noon and we enjoyed the pool. My wife went into the office to assure that I would be taking care of any added expenses. Now we come to the last full day that we would be staying. The kids and I are enjoying the pool when a man came out of the office and came to me and stated that I needed to take care of the added expenses. I stated that I had talked to Mary on Saturday and explained that I would be taking care of any added costs when I was checking out. His remark was that your son spent 2 days and the girl spent 1 night. I said that is true but that it was not necessary to remind me of costs that I said I would take care of at my departure. This is a total of $15.00 added costs. This brings us to this mornings checkout. I went to the office to take care of my costs. I started to explain about this person wanting to take care of these minor charges a day early. MARY called me a liar without even permitting me to speak. During her conversation, she called me a liar 3 times. This RV PARK could be a nice place to enjoy camping if the sites were large enough to accommodate trailers without squeezing them in. This location would be great for maybe 120 spots. The management will have to be totally replaced before I would consider a second visit. Believe me, I am being nicer than anybody should be.

The managers Bob and Mary are very friendly and helpful. They want all of their campers to have a great time. We have been their several times, and we will gladly return again.

This place has went down hill by a thousand percent. We used to come frequently, now they hound everything you do. Can’t take the dogs to the park because they pee and kids can step in it! The owners daughter looks like she hates life every second of the day. Not personable at all! She pointed at a kid and told them if they were found in an area again they would be hanging at their own campsite, with attitude and authority! They don’t want you to park with your group..the pool is only open 12-8 like what the heck! I just remember it being so different and friendly! I won’t be back even if they paid me to stay!
