Garbage, this is ran by an HOA. They only allow Class A. Was just looking for a spot overnight before an appointment at Le Mesa. My Class B+ is a 300K rig, still a nogo here. Your Loss!

We went there to tour the rv resort and look for lots for sale. Linni was kind enough to take us on a tour and the 2 ladies in the office were very kind and helpful. The resort is beautiful!

Be very aware of the “no exemptions” cancellation policy before deciding to stay here. It appears that after you pay in-full the required 60 days out, you will lose the entire payment if you need to cancel for ANY reason, which in our case was a Cat 5 hurricane Milton that was forecast to hit central Florida 48 hours after we arrived. I fully understand that it was our decision to evacuate based on the hurricane forecast at that time, but to not even agree to a partial refund is just crappy customer service. Their response was that since St. Lucie county was not ordered to evacuate, then absolutely no refund at all. If the customers personal safety means nothing to them, then I will tell everyone I can that it is not worth staying there ever.

Read all the rules very carefully! We were to arrive after 5 PM, the person we spoke with told us twice that she leaves at 5PM, however if we call when were 20min out she always answers her phone as it is forward to her cell and would have someone meet us at the gate to let us in. We attempted 4 times from the 20 min mark out without success. We were concerned that if we pulled in their entrance that we may have a difficult time turning around as this is a new location for us and we have a 44' A class with a jeep toad. So, off to a rest area we went. I contacted the office and requested a refund, which is only $99.01 as due to the fact that we were not given the accommodations as offered. As a response we were sent all the rules and conditions without even a sorry for our inconvenience. The refund is not the issue for us its the lack of concern for our frustration and inconvenience. I can not recommend this resort as the board seems to operate much like the troubled HOA's in Florida. You may find yourself in some type of rule violation before you know it. There are many friendly RV resorts to stay it as a alternative.

This a very unique RV Park. There are so any amenities, the park immaculately clean. It is gated and easily accessible to I-95.

Only a few months experience with RVing and visited a few locations with our Newmar Ventana 4002 2015. Therefore, my scope and perspective on quality and amenities in the RV world is limited, but I am well versed in the finer things in life and have traveled many places. I recently purchased a lot at Motorcoach Resort at St. Lucie West, site unseen, and the place is spectacular. The entire resort is an oasis of palm trees, high end Motorcoaches, extremely nice people, quiet environment with tiki huts, lakes, 18 hole golf course, 4 pools and 4 hot tubs, with a full gym, pool table, large party venue, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The neighborhood is equally as impressive with lots of shopping a few blocks away, including practically every retailer, and several excellent restaurants (Red Crab), smoke shops with hard to find top-end cigars, and the next neighborhood over has an abundance of more stores and restaurants. The weather has been consistently perfect day and night, and several beaches are approximately 20 minutes away. Not sure there are many better places, but I think St. Lucie West is at the top of the list.
