If you need to be babysat, then by all means stay here…I would never recommend to anyone!! People up in everyone’s business, & telling it to everyone. Certain ones call owner everyday & tell him what everyone said & did. Most drama I’ve had any place!!

The natural scenery was beautiful but they must allow people to live there year round or else we would have paid more to go somewhere else. I was appalled when a woman in her 50's or 60's with long hair and wearing nothing more than underwear it looked like approached my husband to ask him to do something for her while our boys were looking on. I was furious that a woman could just approach family men more than half naked and it was clear she was living there from the poor condition of her camper and junk around it. Another tenant told us to watch our stuff because she was a convicted thief . Tasteless

I visit a client in one of the homes nearby and had so much trouble out of a dog I sought out and recognised the owner and they really ought to require mandatory references from where they were right before coming there because Tina Baggett caused so much havoc and damage to somebody that was letting her stay there for free and there's evidence on YouTube of what she did that so much hate and threats were being made the Coaling Police removed their Facebook page and it seems that 2 men that she was staying with her have had their houses burn down so that's a lot of hate and retribution for innocent people to be around.

I live by this place and and I have smelt weed and people letting kids throw rocks and glass bottles at and over my fence and a pit bull dog that has came in my yard a few time and barks at my family every time we are outside like it’s going to attack us of it wasn’t on a chain. I’m not going to put up with it anymore and the next time I have a complaint I’ll call the sheriff.
