This was one of the most negative experiences of my life. I have never been treated so terribly for absolutely no reason. Karen, Denise and Mike all don't care about you or having any sort of decency or respect, and instead want to enforce unrealistic rules on everyone because they have nothing better to do. This place does not like anyone that isn't a senior citizen. If you are younger than that, you will be treated differently. They take their speed limit absolutely way to seriously, with a visit from Denise the assistant manager if they suspect you going even 1 mph over. I was accused of going faster than the posted 5 mph within the first hour of being there. I have GPS on my truck for work, and pulled up the exact speed I was going, which was 5 mph. This didn't warrant an apology, but rather, they just doubled down. I then go to take some trash to the trash bins by the office and am approached by Karen. She bursts out of the office, gets in our face and demands to know why we were there. I said I was helping family move in and we'd be gone in the morning. She said "Okay, we just saw you guys and thought, who the hell is that?" -- so, apparently, you're not welcome to visit anyone you know here... Our plan for the night was to put a single person tent on the side of my family member's house at night to sleep in, and then leave first thing in the morning. They would not allow me to do this. After spending the whole day in the heat moving furniture, I have to then find out I have to rent a hotel room. Then comes Sunday morning, where the only thing left to do was help my family member dispose of a unwanted mattress and box spring. After calling around, I found a company willing to come pick it up that morning around 8:00 am. I advised the company to have whoever they send out please follow the speed limit in the community. He did not. This warranted another visit, this time from the owner Mike. This is a deranged old guy that doesn't want to listen to any sort of reason and proceeds to tell me that "they're your people, it's your responsibility" -- tell me how does one control the actions of another when that other person has no reason to abide by these rules? I can tell him to follow the speed limit, but my family member's consequences if he doesn't have no affect on him. Yet, if that happens three times, they'll be kicked out!? This is absolutely ridiculous!! Does this mean that if someone were to get a package delivery and the delivery guy doesn't go the speed limit, that the house getting the package is going to get a "ding" on their record? Or if he drops off to four houses in the park, do all four get dings? Because, what we found out was that, three "dings" and you're evicted. So, something as simple as someone PERCIEVING you going faster than 5 mph more than 3 times could mean you would be kicked out...and not even by you! The vacancy sign at the entrance makes a lot more sense now. Mind you, my family member hadn't been given anything regarding rules, or even a warm welcome. Instantly met with Mike and his henchmen of Karens, whom 9/10 he'll send in lieu of him. Not only would I never come back here, I'll go out of my way to advise anyone I know to never go here. This is an RV Park trying to masquerade as a HOA because they're on a power trip. Edit: So, the owners solution to this is, we should have checked in. I'll be sure to do that when we didn't get to arrive until late that night. But what I think is most interesting is their response to how they treated us was justified by not checking in. There are more respectful ways to talk to people instead of interrogating them. We were moving boxes, not lurking. Our actions didn't warrant that response, but again, instead of actually apologizing, they're just going to double down. I am not saying don't maintain a safe speed through your park, I'm saying either invest in speed limit equipment, or at least, have the decency to apologize to someone when they prove they were in fact going 5 mph.

My wife and I stayed here in our Class B Van for 1 night when passing through town. It was nice to have a place that had a few electric-only sites for a good rate, which is all we needed. Karen, in the office, was very kind and helpful. Seemed like mostly long-term stays but everyone seemed nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend this place whether you are just passing through or looking to stay for a while.

We just stopped by for one night. The guy who attended to us was amazing. He had great customer service skills, and he even went to our assigned RV site just to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The place is very clean, well-maintained and quiet. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you.

TL:DR: Management Staff here were the kids bullied in high school now on a power trip in their senior hood.. Only come here if you love to be micromanaged by others / if you're from the older generation who profiles anyone not a senior. Would give 0 / 5 stars if I could, you're lucky you get 1.. Full Review: Hands down & genuinely, 1 of the worst places I've ever visited. Insane how much management here 'picks & chooses' what (& WHO) they perceive as "breaking the rules", in the most hypocritical way imaginable.. ZERO Integrity & ZERO Accountability!! Witnessed numerous residents (at least 6-8 times over the course of 2 days) who clearly were over the 5mph speed limit. NOT ONCE did management even wince nor look in their direction. (The entrance/exit is RIGHT next to management so can't claim "they didn't see it"). Yet within 20 min of arriving to help my family member, the 1st Karen of the "Triple Hydra" Management reared their ugly heads. This Assistant Manager introduced herself to us with immediate accusations of us "speeding over 5mph" without any proof. Yet when shown proof on day 2 instead of owning up to their mistake. She doubled down on it. (Proof = detailed GPS vehicle tracking with mph, time stamps & ofc GPS..) Claiming "My job is a difficult position to be in & hard job to do". Well if that's the case, sounds like you shouldn't be in management. Get your eyes checked + a psych eval. or better yet, BUY AN ACTUAL SPEEDOMETER SIGN to TRACK/DISPLAY your ACTUAL MPH vs selectively profiling / fishing for an excuse to start your power trip. Anyone in their right mind, professionally representing management should say something like "Oh, that's my bad. Tho moving forward, please keep this very strict 5mph rule in mind". Bare in mind, at this point (day 1) NO ONE from management gave us ANY warm welcome, nor "list of rules' to abide by until end of the 2nd day... Few hours later of day 1, we're walking to take trash out to the local dumpster on site. (conveniently placed near Managements Office). When another A.M. (Karen) comes power walking out, stumbling over her words, chomping at the bit to talk to us. She didn't even introduce herself, what she does or why she appeared upset. Immediately questioning (stuttering over her words) why we're there, who we're with & what we're doing. We calmly explain (being the bigger person, presuming she's management & actually DEESCALATING the situation their management created) we're here helping family member move in & just taking some trash out. Karen tries to 'relate' to us in an abrasive manner claiming "ohhh, well we didn't know who you were or just what the hell you were doing". verbatim. Unlike her, I can respect something. That being the very failed attempt at "relating" to us / trying to cover her tracks for her very unprofessional & rude approach. Don't come here if you have a choice. Esp. if Mike (owner), Karen & Denise are still in management. Especially if you're not a senior. Absolutely an insane experience I'll forever remember.

Nice RV Park. There is a grass strip between sites. Pads are large, level, gravel and long. Space for RV and a vehicle. Full hookups. Didn't use any of the facilities. Used good T mobile connection. Would stay again.
