First off I will say we have been here for 6 months now, and i have nothing but good to say about Mountain Creek. The owner is super accommodating, not only in our case, but he often goes out if his way to help his guests with things that have nothing to do with the park. Yes it is an older, smaller park, but the wonderful trees shading the site kept us cooler all summer. We cannot say enough good things about Mountain Creek RV Park.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we didn’t end up staying here but had called ahead and the man said he had a spot. He didn’t say on the phone that the price he was quoting was a cash price. So we pulled in and it looked horrible. Lots of junk outside long term trailers, very confined and close together. And a lot of shady looking characters. He took us to a spot squeezed in between two other old rv’s and said what we owed him in cash. He said if he would take a credit card the charge would be higher because of taxes or something. Well thank God we had no cash so we declined and left. Very hard to maneuver to even get out. This place is awful and frankly the whole town of T or C isn’t anything great. Many years ago it was but it sure has gone downhill, what a shame. Be weary of this park.

I drove through with a friend who was checking out the RV parks in town. The trees here are really nice. One of the few shady places in town. I didn't see any creek though. Perhaps you can see the surrounding mountains from this place. This looks like an RV park for people who are staying in place. Many RVs look like they have been here a long time. There is a laundromat next door and a convenience store across the street. Third street seems to be pretty busy.

Mostly full timers but friendly. Park was clean.. Bathrooms and showers Aldi clean.. Dirt park with great trees... We world e cube back

Gotta say this is a park in transition. Only a few transient slots. Mostly old-timers and very friendly. Trees are the best part. Lots of junk around the permanent sites. Five minute walk to the old downtown and the Rio Grande. No evidence of a creek on site. Didn’t see any facilities at all except power/water/sewer at the site.

Quiet, mostly veterans. Everyone is super friendly and ready to bend an ear for whatever you might want to talk about.

Granny On the go go

This was a very nice place to stay and super close to my job. The owner was extremely kind. It has a shower house and your own mailbox key. I was able to get all the Amazon packages I needed delivered to my door.

I really enjoyed staying here. The showers are super clean, the laundry mat is next door and so is a propane fill station. It's literally situated across the street from a convenience store and the family dollar. It's within walking distance of the hot springs and the downtown area. The owner takes great care of the place and the people that live in the park full time are very nice. We will definitely stay there again.
