This RV park is the best so far ! We are relatively new to RVing and this is about the 10th park so far. Clean , and well kept . No concrete pads for the RV itself, gravel only. No complaints from the management 😁 , a first ! Needed a propane refill, but made it through a cold snap with an eighth of a tank. Remember that this park is 30 minutes away from major stores , so stock up !

Great service! Ben and Jen were fantastic. They are helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed good conversation and a very clean campground. The scenery is so peaceful and beautiful. We had a very relaxing weekend and look forward to coming back to Mountain Lakes Resort.

We usually make the trip to location once per year or more. The staff is always polite and accommodating. October was really special due to the effort the staff makes in decorating and activities involved. We were hoping to catch the changing of the leaves but winter is coming later and later so we missed it in this month. This resort is centrally located with much to see and do with a 30 minute to 1 hour drive. We went to cathedral caverns, unclaimed baggage, Guntersville local events and restaurants. A trip up to the Guntersville State Park Lodge was very nice. It gives a very good high overall view of the lake and town below. We look forward to going to Mountain Lakes. A good place to relax or a central point to many exhibits around the area. We will be back there next year.

16k for a membership, then 8k when we said no. That’s deceptive marketing and a sign of lost trust. I would have expected the resort to have the decency to be honest with their pricing upfront. The photos I shared are of the pricing they wrote out. Also the suggestion of the rep that some people pull from their 401k accounts to get memberships as a loan was absolutely disturbing. That alone showed me profits are more of a concern than financial stability for the resort. The resort itself is very nice and clean. Plant of amenities to use and they background check all residents which gives a great feeling of safety in the campground. Definitely worth getting a membership but not from them. Instead go on the Facebook group and get a membership transferred, most people sell or give away their membership for little to nothing. Save your money

Our visit was AMAZING! So many activities, the facility as a whole was clean and welcoming. The whole atmosphere is family like, and Bobby took care of us, and was super helpful in helping us choose the best option for our family. Everybody is caring and respectful, and willing to help you in any way. The activity calendar is full and always something to do here. We will be back in the future to choose the best membership for our family and look forward to becoming apart of this family.
