The staff member who checked us in was incredible and extremely nice. This was our 5th time staying here at the R.V. park. We go down every year to stay and visit friends. Will continue our yearly trip here!!

Our favorite place in Pagosa. We have been coming for six years for two months in the summer. The park is spacious, convenient to Pagosa highlights and restaurants, with good cell and WiFi service. It has a great mountain feel and we look forward to it every year. They have always been gracious hosts.

We had some guest in town and their kids were in thier vehicle (Tesla) watching Netflix past 8 and in bed by 10. The manager had them kicked out for the noise. Thats super ridicoulus for a seasonal summer RV spot.

Went here with my wife was going to inquire about a stall for a week or so but wow the lady in the office was talking on the phone to a guest about something and she was being very rude and abrupt. She promptly looked up at me and said you're going to have to wait a minute. Very short and aggressive. I can't believe someone in the customer service industry would act in such a manner. So unprofessional. Thank God I dodged that bullet. As we were leaving we were speaking to another guest who was also fed up with the attitude of the staff. They told me I should look elsewhere if I wanted a good experience. I'm glad I listened We ended out going somewhere else. Too bad too. Looks like a good location. It's a story as old as time. Poor customer service. And rudeness for no reason

We made our reservations 6 months in advance, but life happened, and we had to change our dates, even 2 days before. They were very kind and accommodating. Our RV site 7 was 40' long and very wide. The park has a coded entry gate, and very clean bathrooms and laundromat with 2 washers with 2 dryers (bring quarters). We stayed 1 week, but would like to stay for 3 weeks next year. It was quiet with friendly neighbors, who know how to clean up after their dogs! The dog park was rustic, but clean and secure for my little pups.
