So bad we turned around immediately and left even though we had a reservation. Don't believe the website photos. It's unkept and very small. I don't recommend even for an overnight. Note this review format asks questions as if it's a hotel????

Not impressed. Staff said, "It never fails," when we pulled up for our reservation mid afternoon...Didn't feel the love...Our space B4 was was "meh," and there was a pile of dog poop on the ground right where I stepped out of the truck...Looked around and didn't feel comfortable so we went down the street to Angel Lake and set up camp.

I stayed at Mountain Shadows RV Park in Wells, NV for one night while passing through the area. The campground is conveniently located right off the freeway, making it an easy stop for travelers heading east or west across northern Nevada. The staff was friendly during check-in, and the overall appearance of the park was clean and well maintained. My pull-thru site had full hookups, a level gravel pad, and some partial shade, which made setup quick and straightforward. One thing to note is that there seem to be quite a few full-time residents living in the park, which gives the place more of a neighborhood feel than a typical overnight RV stop. That wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s something some travelers might want to be aware of. The biggest downside was the noise from the train, which runs fairly close to the park. Even with the windows closed, it was noticeable throughout the night and could be an issue for light sleepers. On the positive side, the park was quiet otherwise, and I didn’t have any issues with road noise from the highway. Overall, Mountain Shadows RV Park is a decent option for an overnight stay if you’re traveling through Wells. It’s clean, the sites are easy to get into, and the staff is friendly. Just be prepared for the occasional train passing by during the night.

Very nice for a quick overnight. Trains are very close but honestly I didn't hear them during the night my husband did but they go by quickly

Mostly what you can expect for Wells. Old tired location, short sites close together. Best part is a large wild field behind the park where your dogs can run free.

Great spot for an overnight in our van. The owner is very friendly and was helpful with our last minute arrival. The bathrooms and showers were perfect clean and plenty of hot water.

Nice place tucked into a corner of Wells. There were a couple of trains but no big deal, highway noise was not a factor. Bathrooms were dated but perfectly clean, nice hot shower. I will stay here again when in the area.

We stayed here one night and the hooks up were definitely worth the $38 bucks! Nice pull through spots. Both 30 and 50 amp hook up’s w/ WiFy! Love the train rolling through too. Note: there is no Mexican restaurant any more next door.

Easy pull thru spots. Close to stores & main roads. Little noise issues like trains, but not bad during the night.

Great price! The scenery is Beautiful. The facilities are clean. Internet is one of the best we've had. The grounds are even & sun-soaked.

We stayed one two nights as it turned out due to snow and a cold front in late March. Very happy for a safe and warm place to stay. Host was fantastic.

Did an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The restrooms and shower were really clean. Good place to stay during winter vacation.

Stayed here in late September for one night in our 25 foot motor home. Sites are one next to the other and fortunately our neighbors were as quiet as we were. The bathrooms, although dated were very clean with good showers. It isn't a huge RV park so I'd recommend making reservations ahead of time if you can. Check in was easy and so was access to our site. I'm sure we'll stay here again.
