Rent high Maintenance do not fix I would not recommend moving there

Me and my family lived there a year ago and they would never fix out front door it wouldn't lock we put in work order in and nothing. Our stove didn't work they said we get a new one but theer one we got was far from that. I wouldn't want people there

Perfect location, between Loveland and Estes Park. Affordable rent for young adults and tons of improvements being done around the park.

If you like your privacy it's a good place. All experiences vary but people here for the most part mind their own. One con is there is a presence of wildlife often. Ran into Bears x3 were eating out of dumpster, same with raccoons. smaller pet owners need be vigilant.
