This place has really turned around this year! The new homes and landscaping can be seen from Buffalo Solider, it’s really a breath a fresh air. I took a tour of two different homes just last week and could not believe just how nice they were! Whoever bought this place is doing an outstanding job!

My girlfriend and I recently moved to this complex. We love it here. A wonderful company from CO, good living communities is now overseeing this and other local properties. This is the “new” Westside here in Sierra Vista.it is safe, quite and our place is new! But the gem here is Manager Lorena Saenz-Polanco.She is smart, professional, & friendly in her handling of the residents and “snowbirds” We feel very fortunate to have found this beautiful area, in Sierra Vista.

I’m an RV tenant ($350mo+$100 electric deposit). This place is such a wonderful gem, especially for it to be right there in town. The upgrades and renovations look amazing. They have so many brand new trailers, and a newly renovated clubhouse. They’re doing such a great job with the property. The amenities are great, and I absolutely love the management. It almost makes me not wanna tell people about it. Haha.
