My family pays for two long-term sites at this park. We have had several issues with the manager that we have reported to their corporate offices multiple times, but to no avail. The latest was this past week when people were trying to get buttoned up for hurricane Milton, which was expected to be a very large hurricane. While we were outside anchoring both trailers down and buttoning up everything else that is outside in case of high winds, the manager took the opportunity to drive up on his golf cart to yell at us. Not the first time this has happened to my family. And this instead of spending his time preparing the park for the forthcoming hurricane. Turns out it was a big one, and the high winds did some damage in parts of the park. Luckily my son had gone through the park and taken care of the picnic tables so they wouldn’t blow around. Essentially looking out for his neighbors. I have never been treated like this manager treated me in a business setting, or even seen customers treated the way the manager of this park has treated my family. If you’re looking for short-term or long-term RV space, KEEP LOOKING! I am attaching photos we took after hurricane Milton. Powerful winds caused severe damage, and blew big trailers off their blocks and bent/damaged jacks and other parts of them. This is what the manager should have been preparing for instead of yelling at us and others…

This was a great little hideout for us during hurricane helene. Only complaint is that it is not easy to squeeze a massive rig in here. But it is clean and well kept and in a beautiful area.

The showers have no hot water. The parking spaces are incredibly cramped making it extremely difficult to back a camper in. The showers don't even have doors for privacy. They have a flimsy curtain. In addition, they don't even have a bench to put your stuff on when showering, so good luck keeping your clothes dry or having any privacy whatsoever when dressing or undressing. They also do not have any accessible showers, so if you're in a wheelchair, you're screwed. *EDIT since I can't reply to the owner's reply* The water from the shower flooded the hall immediately outside the bath area, and I had to walk out to the entrance by the sink in order to dress without my clean clothes getting wet. There was no privacy. As for their claim about the accessibility showers, there is a step up to even enter the shower itself, with nowhere to sit, so it actually isn't accessible. It may have a removable shower head, but someone in a wheelchair still cannot use it. At the end of the day, the showers are a joke. The water floods out making the hall area a danger to walk in, you cannot get dressed or undressed with any semblance of privacy, and the showers in the bathhouse I used were not remotely accessible. *Edit 2* I did have some hot water this time, so that was an improvement, but as you can see from the pictures and video I attached, the statement about level ground and removable shower heads for accessibility was an outright lie. I need to check the other bathhouse to see if it is any better. *Edit 3* There is definitely more privacy in the 2nd bathroom, however there is a step DOWN into each shower, and as previously mentioned with the other bathroom, the claim about removable shower heads is a blatant lie.

My family and I had a wonderful time, we pulled in and a nice young man who had a beard and drove a beautiful Harley assisted us with our paperwork. We had a beautiful spot on the corner #63 I believe on a nice cobblestone pad. The park had showers in 2 locations, laundry (which we used) it worked great and the pool which was nice to help cool you off. The price was excellent to and we are SO happy with our choice. We will definitely be back, so thank you for making our stay at your park a great one! Your Canadian friends!

The staff is friendly and helpful. This rv resort is kept clean and up to date. The pool is mint, the laundry room and restrooms are always kept tidy. We have had no issues here . We would recommend this rv resort, and definitely plan on staying here again in the future. We loved this place along with the families we have met.

We are spending two months here in a pull-through near the dog run. We feel very safe and secure here in the park. Realizing that the park is going through a transition from full-time to vacation guests, it is a good value as a place to stay close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. We would definitely book here again.

Arrived on Sunday. Complete package awaiting for us on after hours check-in desk. Instructions were a little confusing, but a call to their "Emergency Line" got everything squared away. (five stars *****) Positives: 1. Well managed 2. CLEAN! 3. Easy access to attractions, but not too close. (22 mi to Universal Hard Rock.) 4. Friendly people 5. Good security/lighting Improvements Needed: 1. Sign needed at the "T" intersection of Country Mouse & 532 directing arrivals to office/clubhouse. 2. Coordinate new space location with arrival packet space numbers shown on map. 3. More shade. No complaints. Will return next year! Negative: Construction in area noisy. Road construction slowing traffic. (Owners not responsible.)

They are working on upgrading. New sites seemed good. We were on and existing site. A little tight but not too bad. I'm sure once they upgrade, it will be as good as other Sun properties.
