Nice state park with good size sites all wooded very limited number with power and water. Excellent camper discharge station and fresh water fill up. A little hike to beach but worth it.

A nice state campground right next to Webb Lake. Access to the beach/picnic area is a short drive/walk away, depending where you are in the campground. Our site had a short trail close by that led right to the beach. Some of the sites were bigger than others, but all were surrounded by trees that provided a good amount of privacy and shade. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. The closest restroom to our site was a pit toilet, but it seemed to be cleaned regularly. There was also a dishwashing station next to the toilets. The shower house had free hot showers and nicer restrooms with mirrors/sinks. The ranger station sold firewood and ice, and had maps of the area available. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing and in close proximity to hiking in the area. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed at Site 22 and had a great experience overall. The campground is typical of Maine state parks—well-maintained and scenic. The campsites offer a decent amount of space between them, though you can still see and hear neighboring campers. Verizon service is very limited in the campground area. If you need a signal, your best bet is to head toward the lake near the beach, where the reception improves slightly. Views of the surrounding mountains are nice from the lake. Easy access to hiking in the Tumbledown area. I do wish the trails around the campground area were better maintained. Would have made for a nice stroll in the early morning but they were very overgrown. Otherwise, would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet and scenic time away.

This state park is so awesome. We were so impressed with how handicap accessible everything is (neither of us are handicapped but the trails and the access were just so impressive)!!! The electric sites look very nice, the showers were hot and clean, and the bathrooms were so clean. Stayed here for two nights for our end of season camp out, can’t wait to come back next year to paddle board!

Beautiful setting and area, tight camp sites but a few larger and more open ones. Nice lake and a good playground here
