This is a great place for relaxing and sightseeing, a place for fishing and a lot of space. Kids gonna love it.

Modest state park with a playground and boat ramp. There is a restaurant and bar located nearby as well. It is called Mud Lake for a reason and the area can be swampy at times. Camping here is still fun even with the mud. There are also music festivals and other public activities planned here from time to time.

I was looking to go on a trail, but there are no hiking/walking trails by Mud Lake. The lake also appeared a little dirty. I haven't had a chance to visit the restaurant/bar, but I will be back .

Great campground! We love to go with our family and friends. Fishing available from the shore, boat ramp, and a playground. We enjoy watching the eagles there too. Perfect place for families to enjoy.
