Pulling in late and tired from a long day of hauling an RV. Mr. Mullins welcomed us in with a smile and good firm hand shake. We had trouble getting any other place to answer the phone on easter weekend but not Mr. Mullins. His beautiful grounds are clean, tidy, quiet, and no loud parties or shenanigans. Perfect spot for a little R&R to get your bearings back for hitting the road again. Thanks Mr. Mullins and lovely wife Mrs Carroll. Tim & Son Nate

We came across Mullins RV Park while evacuating from Hurricane Ida and we were greeted with an abundance of southern hospitality. The park was beautiful, peaceful and had wonderful spaces to allow the kids to run safely. The ponds are beautifully landscaped with a large variety of fruits and flora, my husband did catch a couple of nice size of bass to release. We were in complete amazement at lack of light pollution and the amount of stars we could see. After all that when we went to settle up to see what kind of damage awaited us they refused payment and gave us a gift bag with one of their field to fabric items. This couple were such a blessing when we needed it most, we will be back

Clean, set up nicely. Haven't ever seen it nasty. Pond to fish in. Ducks and geese. See deer. Nice and quiet. The folks that own it are great people and they love kids.

Stayed here for 7 months and it was a pleasant stay. The owners are very kind and helpful. You will receive trash pick-up, on site laundry, and wifi, included in your price. Best price around.

The owners are sweethearts!!! They made us cupcakes and gave us a few vegetables! A LOT of land, geese to feed and a pond to fish on. Not to mention free laundry and WI-FI!! And $50 less than one that doesn't have any of that!! If I could give them 20 stars I would!!

I have been staying here temporarily and love it. Beautiful place on a man made pond. Free WiFi, Free laundry service, Geese and Ducks flying into the pond everyday. Such a tranquil place. And the owners are absolutely the nicest people ever!!
