The park itself is beautiful and well-kept, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We made our reservation months in advance, and unfortunately, it’s now forecasted to rain the entire time. Who wants to camp in the rain? I reached out to see if we could move our reservation, but since it’s the end of the season, they only offered two alternative weekends—neither of which we can make. Apparently, that means we’re just out of luck and they’ll keep the money. There’s really no common sense in that. It would make far more sense (and be much more customer-friendly) to allow a reschedule for next season. Policies like this are how you lose loyal, returning customers—especially those who had planned to come back every year.

Great park near lots of fun off road riding trails. Check in was easy, the pads are gravel with no grass but that’s ok. Large pads are 60x30 so plenty of space for the toys. We will definitely be back

If I had found this place during my partying days, it would have been my GO TO. We were in site 7 and while they tout it as a pull thru, and other reviewers say the sites are spacious, they are not, at least not where we were. There are a lot of amenities, but we only stayed overnight so didn't use any. Great coffee shop right near it and there was a farmers market right next to the park as well. This is NOT a place to kick back and relax with very little interaction with others. If you are a social person who likes A LOT of things to do, this is your place.

We called over a month prior to check-in to make the reservation, and when we arrived, they had lost the reservation and had nothing available. I understand mistakes happen; it is how you react after the mistake is what shows your true character. WOW they sure did show it. They could not care less a mistake was made and we were now without a place to stay. We need a place to stay for 2 nights. They just looked at us and said they were had no availability. We asked if they had any way they could accommodate us even if we had to move spots. She did not even look “well, no we’re booked”. We asked if they knew of any other campgrounds, we needed to be in Flagstaff. “Well, here’s one… it was a campground in the opposite direction and over an hour away. It sure would have been nice if they would have offered names of local campground. We had been driving all day, tired, not real sure where we were, and now we are searching the web for a campground. ** Note – You can never go wrong with being nice. A little effort would have gone a long way!”

25$ RV dump services avaliable! This is a great service for us dry camping folks. Simply pull up out front of the convenience store, go in and pay, then drive around the building to the dump station. Customer service is great, friendly people, coffee shop and gas station a short walk away. The park is super clean, a pool that looked more like a pool party, shaded campsites, everyone looked like they here having a great time. Will visit again!

I didn't stay here, but I want to write this in case you're interested. Towards the back of the RV Park, there's an amazing dirt trail. I don't get to see trees and green where I live so I loved this. Ask around if you can't find it, everyone is so friendly. Enjoy friends.

Nice place. Showers, bathroom, laundry was clean and nice. We booked last minute and were in a spot near the I-17. Lots of traffic noise during the evening. Only downside is we parked our side by side next to our camper and our American flag was stolen. We've taken our side by side to numerous places and never had the flag/whip stolen. Lesson learned, secure it next time. Hope the patriot who stole the American flag is proud of themselves.

This is one of our favorite RV parks as the park is quiet, clean and pool is heated. We love the management here. They do an amazing job at keeping the place nice and quiet. Great places to eat around here. They have a coffee shop that has bacon waffles and great coffee... The BBQ place near here is the best ever bbq. You will think you have died and gone to heaven eating here...

Bathrooms are super clean. The park is nice and tidy. My beef is being charged 80 dollars extra for this year although our contract was from last year 2020 that we paid the deposit. For fairness and PR it should not have been charged this year to us. We never got notified by mail,text or email, that it was going to occur. Not fair in my eyes. Its called loyalty to your customers if you stop that in your business you will lose in the long run. It put a sour taste in our mouth.

Stopped here for the night while traveling. Park is what I expected. They only had 30 amp sites which is fine as I can run one AC and be comfortable at night. Was in the 90’s when we arrived. The front desk assured that I understood it was only 30 amp service. Got to the site, set up and turned on the front ac. Went for a walk to stretch the legs got back and no power to the unit. Talked to a neighbor and he said it happened every day. When I called the office to find out how long they informed me that if I wanted to run my ac I should run the generator. Not necessarily what I paid for. Camper beware. Park is ok for a night as there is not much else in Flag.
