"IT VERY REASONABLE FOR THE RENT, WELL MAINTAIN, THE OWNER ARE SO VERY NICE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD, PEACEFUL AND FEEL SAFE.. THEY ARE SOME OLD TRAILER BUT THE WAY THEY KEEP IT UP YOU COULDN'T TELL, AND I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE NO MORE THEN GOING ON 4 MONTHS BUT IT AWESOME TO ME.... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.. ❤❤❤❤
