Traveling Trail Rider
I’m a mountain biker and this is a fun trail system. The Green trail is smooth with a good flow and not much climbing. The Blue trail is similar with more roots and harder climbing. I didn’t ride all of the Black trail but the parts is did ride added more technical descents, even tougher climbs and more technical flow. The trails a well marked and there are several locations along each loop where you can connect with other loops.

We camped here for 2 nights. A lovely in town park and campground is well maintained, clean with options of full hook-ups, electric/water only and primitive sites. Not crowded in May. Dump station also away. This park has hiking, running and biking trails. Caters to locals and out of towners passing through.

This is a beautiful park that used to be a rock quarry. Not large at all, but the scenery is nice. This was an impromptu visit so I wasn't really in hiking attire so I didn't get to see as much as I wanted. There were folks there "bouldering" which is cool. Will definitely be back. Make sure you take a spare change of socks/foot wear in case you end up in the water.

Found this place while traveling on Route 50 in Indiana - we arrived after hours but did a self check in which was pretty easy- nice bathhouse and grassy tents sites. There were hiking trails too! Super serendipitous find!

We stopped here to visit family. We stayed for the beauty. This is a very small campground in a county park. There are a few FHU spots up front. However, we chose the electric/water only sites in the woods. The sites are gravel, and not all of them are level. We picked site #19, which is almost perfectly level. There is a picnic shelter for large group gatherings in the loop at the end of the road. There are vault toilets here that don't look very well taken care of. There is a playground up front and restrooms with showers. The camp host is very nice and very helpful. If we ever come back this way, we will definitely stop here again.

It was beautiful with breathtaking scenery. Waterfall was as wonderful as advertised. Trail was clearly marked and clean. Love walking along the river. The vinegar mill is a good place to get a wonderful scenic view of the river. We just loved it all. Can't wait to see it in the summer.
