Interesting little place. I have a friend who stays there in a trailer. It's affordable. I would think it helps people get their feet back on the ground. You can't find many places like this anymore. God bless them! 🙏. They do have some rooms. I'm not sure their availability on either camping or rooms. It's more of a permanent resident place, not a place you stop during a trip

Absolutely disgusting and INFESTED. No one deserves to live in these conditions. Management is aware and thinks it's acceptable for their paying tenants to be subjected to this. Will be pursuing all possible avenues with the health department and Better Business Bureau as well. Horrifying living conditions.

This Campground rents weekly and monthly so most people here have been here a while, but they still offer spots and have them available frequently! But it's just a stone's throw from the Davidson Rutherford County Line! And they do not mind pets, and there is a little area to walk your dog in for potty walks! It's not real fancy here but it's quiet, and allows pets!
