Lived here for two years, the rent is fair, the area is really quite, neighbors are super friendly. On site laundry and now ice/water machine. The owners are really great and always easy to get in touch with. It's the best park in this area hands down.

Very comfortable here, very affordable ! This is home, full time RV living almost a year. Thanks Matt. ! We just moved back here again, we sold our home and knew this was where we were to come until time to buy again . Our last stay was about 14 months. The owners Matt and Randie are awesome folks. They go above and beyond to make your stay here is great. With Bob, Luke, Merle there is not need to worry.....They have your covered 🥰❣️👍🇺🇲

The Owner was totally accomodating of my needs for move in date, gave me a great lot, added amenities to suit my vehicle needs and have found the whole experience and environment to me the most relaxing. Neighbors are friendly, not intrusive. The location is great with minimal commute to town, the lake and to the neighboring cities of Celina and Aubrey. Lived there for 6 months and couldnt have been happier nor peaceful. The Owner, Manager and Park Host were all so professional and accommodating
