I love the location. Hank, the property GM and his small staff are very friendly and are quick to resolve any issues. There aren't many. The pool is clean and the clubhouse is well maintained and used quite often. Most of the residents are also friendly and a tight community.

The staff at Sun Retreats Naples are exceptional! So hard-working and kind. The park and facilities are clean and well-maintained.

This is not an RV resort. It is a trailer park with mostly permanent and seasonal residents who obviously do not want short-term term guests. So I am not sure why they offer short-term sites. We are booked here 5 nights. We have a small 18-foot trailer and it took us 20 minutes to back in to the site because of a car parked parallel to the very narrow road across from the site. Then a jeep parked in the area between our site and the next one just a few feet from our truck. Cramped is an understatement! Once parked and settled, the park was quiet and allowed us to get nice rest at night. Fortunately, we had plenty to do off-site during the day, so we came here only to sleep. The park is in a convenient location. It could be very nice if it had fewer sites to alleviate the overcrowding. I have stayed in other Sun Retreats, so this was not what I was expecting.

We stayed in our camper van but the grounds were beautiful and taken care of. Hank gave us a free upgrade as a happy new year surprise. Everyone was friendly both staff and residents. Great pool and activities like pickle ball and basketball in the park. Cute little fenced in dog park too. Bring your bikes and ride the sidewalks around the area.
