We used to go here once a year for fair week but this will be our last time coming back We always enjoyed the cabins and the water obstacle course. 1. It did not state anything on website that obstacle course was taken down. 2. Making reservation for upgraded cabin and no longer provide linen for bedrooms or bathroom. These are extra separate charges. You have to bring own linen. This was not like this in the past. I'm already paying quite a bit for nicer cabin and to be charged even more is absurd. If taking away all of the basics at least provide better hand soap instead of mixing it with water to save on"cost" 3. Upon arrival the older lady with gray hair and glasses seemed annoyed and not welcoming. While checking in i did ask about the water obstacle course if still around and she blatantly said haven't had it for a year. It was just unpleasant checking in 4. Went to to store looking for a lighter and asked young staff member where they were and she just pointed over there in no direction she continued talking to friends. I went up again and asked exactly where and she finally came around the counter and she then says" oh we don't have any" and walked away. 5. My children were not impressed since they had great memories in the past coming here. That says a lot I will go to KOA in the future and other places that I know my family will have better experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Natural Springs; this place is our favorite campground. The place is clean; the kids had a blast doing numerous activities, swimming, fishing, playing basketball, and playing volleyball. You can rent golf carts, and the little food shop had excellent ice cream and decent food. This is definitely a great place to go camping or get away.

RV CAMPING LOTS- lots are well maintained. Most RV lots are Full hook-up. There are several pull through lots. There are several lots that overlook the lake and fountains. There are 18+ seasonal campers that have a lot of outdoor seating and decor that we noticed can be quite intrusive. You may want to ask that you not be placed next to a seasonal campers as they do spread out into lots beside them. BATH HOUSES- Bath houses had nice tile and flooring. The water pressure was good and could get very hot. I was told men’s shower area was dirty and not cleaned all week. Women’s shower was nice, sinks and toilets clean up an overall cleaning wouldn’t hurt. POOL- pool was big and clean. Bath house at pool area well maintained! LAKE- nice lake there are 3 fountains that they light up at night. There is an area roped off for swimming and water bouncing platforms and the rest of the lake you can kayak, paddle boat, paddle board. I only gave 4 stars mostly because the bath houses weren’t kept as clean as they should have been. We had a very nice , relaxing, 3 night stay and definitely recommend and we plan on going back sometime.

A great place to get away for the weekend. Only 2 things I seen wrong. (1) Instead of putting concrete pads for the picnic tables they should have concrete the spot for the Campers. The sewer lid was not marked. And last and not the fault of the park But the trash and bait containers that were left by the water. Lazy azz people need to do their part and throw them in the trash. I picked up trash and many bait containers and threw them in the trash. Come on people!! Don't be lazy.

My family and I spent this past weekend at Natural Springs Resort. When we arrived check in was easy and the girl at the counter was very sweet and pleasant. Our cabin was a decent size for us 6 and the location was perfect. (We had a loft cabin) We loved all the things available for the kids. We had a large group with us of a total of 26 people. Total we had 7 cabins rented out. There was one staff member, an older gentleman with gray hair that wore a green Natural springs shirt at all times that seemed to ,in my opinion, harass us. We was stopped and asked about my daughter if she had a license, which we was honest and she did not. We was told she was not allowed to drive our golf cart unless she has a license which we respected and apologized . ( She is 16) The rest of our stay we watched children as young as my son, 7 years old, driving but he didn't say a word to them. He approached us at night saying we was to loud yet the campers across from us was just as loud and was left alone. The next day he came to our site about our music then a little later parked at the maintenance shelter behind us and just watched us with another staff member. This went on for a good half hour at least. I felt like he was being very discriminating and knit picking on our family simply because we was ethnically mixed. He even came into the store when we was in there with all of our kids just to watch us. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not be back to this camp ground! Sad because they do have a lot going on for kids and the cabin locations we had was right next to the park.

What a great find! We were looking for an overnight stay and found natural springs resort. They were so helpful! Couldn't ask for more pleasant staff. Bob was very kind. He went out of his way to get us settled.

Paid $170 per night to stay here in a "premium cabin". They wanted $40 PER BED to supply bedding, so you must bring your own. Also NO TOWELS or wash cloths. You get to bring them or go buy them too, but we didn't know that part. Had to run in to Richmond to buy towels so that we could shower. Cabin was clean but very dated. Park is very dated in general. Upon check out, they make you stay at the registration building while they go back to inspect your cabin-under the guise of "we check to see if you left anything". But really, they are making sure you didn't trash the cabin. We have never had that kind of experience anywhere. This place must be used to rough clientele? Which is sad.

Fountains are extremely loud making normal conversation difficult. The fountains would look just as pretty on the very far side of the lake far far away from my ears. No crickets frogs or gentle breeze to hear, just the roar of an industrial water site.

i went back to Ohio...but my city was gone.. but immersing myself in the beautiful waters of my childhood made me feel like I was home, like a sacred baptism. had the occasion to stay in the campground during our visit for the first time. honestly, it was pretty deluxe... super nice showers, everyone who worked there was very helpful, went out of the way to accommodate us. was the best part of coming home to say goodbye to mom.

Edited to add: I eventually called the park and they came out and spoke to the party goers. So I will update stars to reflect service. I feel like a 3 star rating is generous. We had a great time during the day. The beach and pool are nice enough. Although very cold. But at night this park is obnoxious, loud and in my opinion not suited for families. We had a tent site all the way in the back and we were still disturbed by several neighboring sites. The kids beside us were unattended the greater portion of the day/night and were bothering me and my child. The site across from from us was full of loud drinkers, who were swearing, and playing loud music. I'm all for fun, but turn it down and be respectful to others with young children. Next, golf carts aren't allowed after dark.. but that didn't stop people from driving to the bathroom right near our site. It is very loud at night. Then there is a highway or something not too far behind the tent sites. You hear cars off and on all night. I will not be back. It has so much potential, but it attracts the wrong crowd. Not my cup of tea.
