It's a nice older RV resort with one big problem. A commercial construction project started working 3:00 am Monday morning literally 100 feet from our RV site. This project will continue for an extended period of time. I advise not staying here until this project is finished. Do your homework. I looked into who is doing the construction project. it's actually the RV resort itself they are expanding their RV and boat storage area. I can't understand how any business would disrupt the comfort of their guests by allowing their contractor to start in the middle of the night. The resort broke its own rules they clearly state in the rules that you sign. Things are to be quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Beautiful place. Very nice neighbors. All staffs care about customers. They work hard to make this place look good. I think the owner has a good management. I really like this place.

This was our first stay in Needles. From Nov 19-29 we stayed at, and were impressed by, the Needles Marina Resort. We were able to find a site that was spacious, looked out over grass and the river. Very peaceful and very comfortable! All hookups worked well and the whole park was clean, well-repaired, and well-organized. Restrooms were clean and all in working order. The laundry facility is one of the nicest I have been in, very clean, all machines functioning well ... plus, a lovely stainless wash tub WITH a plug for some hand laundry. Bonus! Staff in the office were charming, welcoming and knowledgeable. All in all, everything we look for in a great RV park. Thank you to the owners! Oh!! The hot tub was HOT, the pool heated , and both were pristine clean, even after 2 days of Howling wind, the sand and grit was immediately cleaned out ....beautiful again. I must say, the prices per night seem very steep, more than we will pay per night, but we got 2 nights at half price using our Passport America membership. We liked our spot so well, we stayed another week ... it was so pretty and peaceful...The weekly rate seems much more reasonable ... if you want to stay a week.

Really nice stopping place, right on the Colorado River. There are seasonal sites in back, permanent park models on one side and lots of level pull thrus in the front. In summer you get a lot of boaters who make boat noises, but in fall it's pretty peaceful. There is a golf course across the street and it has a bar/restaurant where you can walk for decent dinner. Excellent bathrooms, well maintained facility. Office open 8-4, if closed, you just pick a site and pay in the morning. We have stayed 3 times, perfect overnight but also has Route 66 things to see and the golf, and putting your toes in the Colorado River.
