Wonderful week in New Braunfels, Louis made our stay an awesome experience! Always helpful and going the extra mile for us! Thank you, Louis. Only negative things I can say are mostly my own fault, I didn't ask about how to get a colder shower, and floating the river mid-day causes sunburns! I hope anyone reading this will give Louis the chance to make their stay as great as ours! Thank you sir for everything you did! P.s. plant more trees for our next visit!

We have been living here since they opened. We love it! The park manager Luis is considerate, nice, and welcoming! He keeps the park nice, is always helpful and makes sure it remains a respectable park. The park has come a long way since he has taken over some years back! We recommend this park 10/10!

Stayed here for one night in early May 2025. Didn’t meet any staff members, all was done online. Well kept and quiet park conveniently located to a Buccees next door, easy to walk to. Traffic in this area is fairly busy and difficult to navigate in. One suggestion is for the owners to place better signage near the entrance. One small sign only that was high on a pole and not very visible from up close. I highly recommend this park!

The park manager is amazing and truly cares for his short-term and long-term guests. Any issues are taken care of right away. We will be returning next time we travel through for sure!
