Cool place. Nice an friendly residents. A bit of a strict an slightly nosy manager who comes across a little rude. But means well an is rather helpful an knowledgeable. Has a convenient laundry facility on the property for residents. An has a good vibe an atmosphere overall an places you can walk your pets/dogs if you clean up after em. With polite an friendly neighbors who actually care about one another.

What a bad experience we had in this place, I will never return here for anything in the world. For people who think about moving here, think twice before moving here because there is a racist, angry and a harassing manager. There was a family event next to the pool and she was harassing us outside the whole time, looking at us and intimidating us. After a while, she came up angry and said that we should turn off our music, because that type of music was bothering her. that the event had to end at 6pm when the rules there say that it can end at 8pm. I would not recommend this place.

Folks let me save you some time, especially if you're coming from out of state. The rent is 650.00 a month and 650.00 cleaning deposit. If you are lucky they'll cut the weeds. The park doesn't look like the picture they have up on this website. The park looks like nobody cares, probably because the manager, or the management don't. But they will raise your rent 10% . There is no game room, horse shoe pit, and the manager is threatening to close the pool.I have been here 3 years and let me tell you this place is a nightmare. Run as fast as you can, the other direction.

New Horizon Mobile RV Park

I see the bad reviews on the park. Here lately it all has to deal with the bad management company that we all had to endure for over a year. But, we have a new management company, and the park is coming back up to where it should be. The manager and maintenance have more hours to work with and things are getting done. Please don't let the bad reviews make you jaded to staying here. We don't do weekly or nightly rentals any longer. Yes, there are some bad apples in the park, but those are being dealt with. If you want to stay here, great. Just don't judge the park by the previous management company. It's looking a whole lot better now. The bad apples are being weeded out and making the park a lot better. I can't give 5 stars... YET! But it's getting there! Please bear with us. We are trying to make it better, it's getting there, but it is going to take a little time. If you're willing to be patient, we're willing to work with you!

Not very clean. Management don't own up to the rules. The back of the park gets neglected. And the rent is very expensive for just renting a piece of dirt.

Awesome place. Thank you New Horizons for helping me get sober. Ive been clean for 3 months thanks to your place. Great fellowship and people there at New Horizons. If I ever relapse I would definitely come back.

They have a new manager that will tow your car if you dont have a visitor pass hanging from your rear view mirror, and they dont have signs posted anywhere saying that you need a pass. I used to visit family there quite a bit but now that they drive around looking to tow your car i just stay away, this place is a dump i do not recommend staying over night or living here unless you want the management harassing you about parking every day. And if you do move in for a night or permanently good luck.

I called their office to ask for help and details about future stay. The first woman who answered the phone sounded like she was on drugs and half asleep. Then, a second woman came on the phone and she was so rude and short with me. I understood that they didn't have space available. All I was asking if space were to be available, would they be able to take my coach? The rude girl straight up said, no. That is fine. However, the way they spoke to me was so awful. So unprofessional. Very ghetto.
