Very nice campground right off of Kentucky lake. People are respectful of privacy and keep to themselves. It’s a small campground but has a family feel to it. A beautiful place to park your camper! The camp ground manager is lovely to work with and very responsive. She made us feel very welcome and always kept us updated on everything going on. We stayed for 5 months December through April. Very reasonable rates! Washer and dryer for public use along with a shower. They have full hook ups and a gravel pads for you to park on. Would 100% recommend for someone to park here!

Wow! I can’t believe I’m living on the water among a bunch of down to earth nice ppl. They have wifi, showers etc…….The staff is helpful and made me feel very welcome so thank you so much. 😊

Camped here for a night on 5/25/2022 while kayaking the TN River. It’s really set up more for RV’s, but the owner was super accommodating in letting me and my buddy pitch our tents. Some of the long term guests at the campground were very welcoming and helpful. Great little shower/bathroom/laundry facility. It was the perfect stop for us!

Loved it!! Clean, friendly site, and they go out of there way to make you feel welcome!! If you have a boat you'll love it. +++It is dog friendly.

New Johnsonville Harbor is really nice it's just difficult to find a place to fish where you're not on private property or near the boat ramp.

just got home from NEW JOHNSONVILLE CAMPGROUND!!!! GREAT FACILITY,QUIET,PEACEFUL,SCENIC!! VERY CLEAN SHOWERS!!VERY CLEAN CAMPGROUND!!! HEARD THEY MAY HAVE FOOD TRAILER OR CAFE COMING !!!! HOPE SO!!! TRULY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AND MANAGMENT!!! WILL GO AGAIN!!1

Pleasant place. Lake is pretty. Some noise from neighboring highway and railroad. Friendly people. Utilities work well. Sites might be tight in busy times. No cable. Very slow wifi. But otherwise a pleasant stay.
