A very nice and clean park. Full hookups at each site. Level gravel rv spots with a picnic table on a concrete pad. Wifi is not blazing fast but it is stable.

We came to the campground about 1:00 pm. No one in the office, saw our name on a board where to park and was told the price over the phone. Below the board was a drop box with envelopes. I make a check out for 4 days and sealed it . Left it in the box. We had no water hookup do to the temp. 2 days spent there, 3rd day my spouse went to the office to see if we could get water. The mgr.said it's 16 degrees out here no one has water. My spouse said isn't there somewhere. He said no. Did not apologize or try to help in any way. We decided to leave a day early. As we left, The manager called me and said, you owe us for 3 days. I said I left a check in the drop box. He said we did not get it. I said we left it there the day we got there. He said we don't have it. I blow up at him. We paid for 4 days and I would wait for the check to cash. Hung up. A few minutes later, he called me back and say he found the check, he apologized, but said I put it in the wrong box. There was a metal slot you should have used . Hung up on him again. This was the worst campground we have ever stayed ! No accountability for anything.

I was here from January to August, as a travel nurse, left my trailer parked full time, but I was only there part time as I would go home on my week off. The owner raised the rent in June without notice, and when I asked about this, he just told me "property taxes increased". *My husband is a real estate agent; you still have to notify your tenants of increased rent and give them the option to find other opportunities.* They never addressed my issues with the horrible neighbor who cussed at all hours of the day and night, let his dog poop everywhere and his kids leave trash in everyone's lot. But he was quick to cash my check. And he only returned a portion of my deposit.

I called every RV park near Georgetown for a month’s stay (11/4-12/4/22) and all of them were sold out! I’m glad New Life had a space available! Quite small park just off I35 & the loop. Reasonably priced and friendly too! Very clean park! Have a lot of full timers, but they keep their space clean! Hopefully will stay here again when visiting our daughter in Georgetown!

Lived here a little over a year and park is quiet and neighbors friendly. Pool closed for two summers now as they can’t get it permitted. Laundry room not very clean and washers and dryers broken most of the time. Owner and manager very aggressive and not in a good way, will verbally attack you before you know what the problem is. I put in a different toilet that flushes 1.8 gallons and my son (a master plumber) set one for our neighbor ( who’s are very sweet) and the owner blocked her in her drive and told her she had to get out and course we were told to leave too. Neither of us could figure out what was wrong with the toilet but it’s his property so okay. I was moving in September anyway. So if you have a washer and or dryer or a toilet that is not the standard RV toilet, be sure no one there knows you have it. When they approach you they will attack first so just be cautious.
