Fabulous place to stay, we just extended our reservation because it’s so pleasant here. They’re always a staff member in eye sight, they’re constantly cleaning or maintaining the grounds, treating ant piles, tidying, and offering a hand with whatever you may need. We stayed at a ‘fancier’ local rv park for a while and they were significantly more expensive and offered less amenities. This place has everything you could need, and smiling faces all around. From the phone call making the reservation to the local recommendations the staff is more than happy to provide, every interaction has been beyond friendly and accommodating.

We last minute stayed in the cabin here and had a great experience. Very clean. Awesome staff. Had every utensil you could need, but you cannot cook in the rooms. Had a grill and fireplace outside. Feels very secluded in the back with the fence around the site, which is nice. Had a broom and swifter just incase in the kitchen. You could adjust the temperature in the bedroom and living room separately. There is a pool on the property but we didn’t check it out. There is a shuttle/tour they take you on at 10:30 am from the main office if you want to go to downtown NOLA that will pick you back up at 5:30 pm as well. You drop the keys right outside of the room on your way out. Overall awesome experience. 10/10 recommend.

I've stayed in many KOA's, they're usually very cramped and I only stay at one when there isn'tan alternative. This KOA is outside of New Orleans. The campground is not very big, but it didn't have a cramped feel to it. The sites aren't huge, but they are all well maintained. The laundry facilities were spotless. They have a shuttle to New Orleans that is reasonably priced. The shuttle drivers gave an abundance of local information on each trip. There is also a dog walker available for a fair fee to check on your pups while you visit New Orleans. The owners were super nice! One of the owners made suggestions for our visit and even ordered tickets for local attractions. All KOA'S should be managed as well as this location.

Hello, we stood here for our trip to New Orleans we stood here for 2 nights we settled in quick and were greeted kindly by Michelle at the front desk. She immediately adjusted our reservation because we are in a rental and she saved us a little cash which was very kind of her. After getting checked in they drove us to our site and helped us back in to our spot and showed us the connections. At night you need a pass to come into the park that you get at check in and there is a groundskeeper there all night named Jeff. He is welcoming and kind and it’s comfortable knowing someone is watching out for the park while we rest at night. We used the showers and the restrooms which were both so clean! We used the swimming pool and playground ground for our toddler and those were both clean and well kept with great hours closing at 10pm! We will gladly be returning and we are excited to make KOA our traveling companion and will be looking forward to seeing other locations. THANK YOU KOA NOLA ❤️

My husband and I are staying here. He is working at the Shell Norco refinery nearby. I wanted someplace that had a swimming pool and was walkable to grocery stores and I could also ride my bike. This place was perfect for all. The people in the office were incredible to work with. The Mississippi river Trail is right across the road where I could bike or walk for miles. grocery stores nearby and a very nice swimming pool. Bathrooms and showers were immaculate and laundry room was very nice. It also was very safe. It was completely surrounded by a fence and they have someone sitting at the front gate all night long! I would definitely stay here again if in the area!! It is a bit pricey, but for this area, there are no other RV parks Near the refineries with a swimming Pool or walking distance to any stores.
