We booked 2 nights but left after one. Campground is very run down. Gravel roads and lots with many uneven areas, pot holes and weeds. Site was not large enough for our 40’ motorhome and Jeep. Luckily camp worker let us park the Jeep in an empty site behind us. Drive (not scenic and through rundown streets of town) was 12 miles to the Rainbow Bridge to Niagara Falls.

This KOA is very run down. We were in our 40’ motorhome with a toad. Roads and lots are gravel with pot holes and grass growing on them. You will be bouncing around at less than 5 mph. Sites are tight and not enough space for our toad. Luckily the camp worker allowed us to park it on the small lot behind us. It is 12 miles from Niagra Falls but driving is through derelict areas. Nothing pretty about the location. We left a day early in search of something nicer.

We stayed here one night in kabin 1 while went to a concert. I liked that it was close to art park. The bathrooms were nice. Kabin was nice but it got super cold. There is electricity in there also a heater and A/c. The kamp store doesn't open until 8 and the coffee was terrible.

First let me say I am a manager of a campground in a tourist area also so my expectations are high. The disappointment I had at this campground was unbelievable. While I did not see any bedbugs in the cabin I knew they had been there previously. The HEAVY staining on the wood was significant! The screens on the door was shredded! The mosquitoes will literally pick you up and take you away! The pool is gross! Dead frogs in the basket skimmer….i don’t think the fence has seen a weed eater ever! The pool is blacktopped on the outside….but it is ROUGH! The pool is a bit undesirable on the inside covered in a black something or other on the inside! I also made sure my dog had his rabies certificate and when I asked if he wanted to see it was no but he didn’t want to see dog shit near the cabin! Professional eh? There are also seasonal guests there with chickens! Yes chickens! It looks like a run down trailer park! I emailed this establishment about all the things I saw and not even a common courtesy response to anything! In my professional opinion the guest comes first as they are what make sure I can take care of my family! This franchise gives KOA A BAD NAME! I will never return to this campground!

The only issue we have was that when we arrived there was a “seasonal individual “ who said we were going to to fast when we past his site because “too much dust” came up and bothered him, while pulling the trailer into our site, my husband apologized, however not even 5 minutes later a woman left his site a lot faster than we came in and he did nothing about it … (site 52 was his and it was overly crowded with bottles of god knows what). This was our only complaint and issue if “seasonal individuals” feel they must make visitors feel uncomfortable maybe KOA should rethink seasonal sites near visitors.

Radioactive waste burial site in its backyard. Look up the Niagara Falls Storage Site, I don’t feel comfortable camping here in radioactive waste.

Great hosts. Dog sitting and RV washing service available. Quiet location. Pool, cabins and small dog park on premises. Extremely pet friendly. Close and an easy drive to all Niagara attractions. Small but comprehensive grocery and produce shop in office. Priced a little higher than local supermarket. Clean showers with hot water. Laundry. Social events on the weekends.

Great place to stay. Pretty close to everything in Niagara Falls. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Our truck broke down after we got to campground, staff were very helpful and accommodating with us having to stay longer than our reservations. If your in the area highly recommend this KOA. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable.

We had a really great camping experience here. The campground was really well maintained and very suitable for rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the pancake breakfasts and the wine tasting. The pool was a great break on a hot day!

Lovely little campground about 20 minutes from the falls. The staff was very accommodating. Upon check-in, we were given brochures and maps for the falls and the surrounding area. Very helpful. The general store has some cute souvenirs and basic camping supplies. Dog friendly. They even have a small dog park! The showers and restrooms were clean. We had no issues, and loved staying the night!
