This is a pleasant enough place to stay. The facilities are dated but clean. The sites are easy to access and typical in term of lot size. Most of the sites are filled with long-term patrons so that during the week few people were around making for a quiet stay. However don't exept to be in the nicest part of the park as those cites are occupied by the "regulars". We'll probably not stay there again as it's about an hour drive to the falls and would like better amenities.

Wide open , the sites are plenty of room have electric sewer hook ups. Big almost lake can fish or go on boats available. Have big barn that offers entertainment through out season. If need a quiet place and clean bathrooms perfect. Offer wood ice at office. Just a nice retreat and can meet alot of travelers from other states who stop in

Stayed in our camper. Niagara Hartland was a nice place. It's a little dated, but that didnt take away from the wonderful people we met there. The campsites were too close to each other. I prefer not to be so crowded, but that's a personal choice. It's a nice place to go if you just want a laid back quiet stay. Again, everyone was kind, helpful and very friendly. I had fun there.

Off the main path but worth the extra miles. Lay over for Niagra Falls visit. Attendants were friendly and helpful. If you dond have a 50/30 dogleg ask one of these guys or gals. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent family owned and run camp ground. Very attentive to the rules for the safety of everyone! Due to the amount of kids, people and pets the speed limit is 5 mph. This is STRICTLY enforced as it should be! As for Joe Cool, your dog was unleashed and you were made aware of the rules before your dog attacked the animals at the campground. Rules are in place and enforced for the safety of the patrons. If you think disobeying the rules calls for a negative review then find someplace else to cause trouble. My family and I enjoy this campground and all the amenities! The owner and family are present, friendly and helpful!

Well just let me say, I think I met the nicest people here in this wonderful Family owned campground. We where in a bind, thought we had a place to camp and then we did not. And Heartland miss spelled with intent came to our rescue. Even after helping us park after dark, they had a camp dinner and offered a meal after a very long day. Can't say enough about their hospitality. The campsite website showed only tents left, but they have a nice overflow place with power and water not listed on site. Just go up there or call. You will be happy you did. Great place.

Great setting but the employees were rude, lacking simple park knowledge and were frankly looking for a fight. In 24 hours we had 2-separate clashes with these red-neck wannabe county police, one where they cut in front of us with their golf cart where we had to slam on the car brakes to keep from running into them. This was followed by a bunch of their foul language. All this plus trees full of caterpillars dropping their dung on us constantly, caused us to leave after only 24 hours. Resort is a misnomer. This park is not recommended unless you are looking for a fistfight on vacation
