We are spending the first two weeks of November here. It is not busy. Beautiful well kept, has security gate. On the intercoastal. Convenient to everything. Dog friendly. Definitely recommend.

I would like to reverse my post from below. After posting I received a call from Amanda Z @ Dry Dock. She perform d just as she should and listened to my concerns. She showed the upmost professionalism and made me a believer that things would get better on site. Amanda assured me the issues would be addressed. So with that said I give Amanda Z a big shout out for making me want to visit again. I hope ownership recognizes her efforts to ensure longevity to this business. I will be back based on my interactions with this great employee. Thank you Amanda for making things right and caring. First visit to Dry Dock this weekend. We arrived around 5 pm on Friday to find the office closed and all the staff ( a bunch of kids) walking to the car to go home. I asked about checking in, they handed me a packet with a map and tag for my mirror and turned and walked off. I wasn't given a way to get into the gate if I decided to leave, no welcome, nothing. I have never met such rude staff in my life. On Saturday I went to the office and asked for a way to get in the gate., they had no clue I had even " checked in". The facility was super nice but a lot of work needs to be put in on the customer service side. It was literally children running the place except the retired gentleman at the gate.

We stayed here with our RV for a week and had such a good experience. The park is spotless and the location is perfect. Having the marina right there made it easy to launch our boat and the kids loved the Flow Rider. Already planning to come back.

I stayed for I stayed for 186 days straight, here's my review. Don't get me wrong it is a beautiful park and the grounds are well maintained. -The bathrooms on the other hand are not. There has been a mess of soap all over the shower walls that I suppose are not ever going to get cleaned. The floors in the bathroom are extremely slippery. Be sure to wear non-slip shoes or bring a mat because one wrong move and you'll meet Jesus. The large bathrooms are at the front of the park there is only two other bathrooms towards the back, both of them featuring three stalls and two showers. Don't get me started on the molded shower curtains. -The water park is awesome but at 5:00 p.m. everyday whether it be summer or winter they turn the water off so you're left with dry slides. -The office is only open 8:00 till 5: 00. This means you are unable to get in touch with any grounds, maintenance or supervisors outside of these hours. - when I first booked they required a 50% down payment. And when I went to book again there was only a $100 down payment. When trying to pay your remaining balance none of the people inside know exactly how to ring you up it takes at least two people to get the job done. After registering I was given a bracelet and not told what to do with it. I assumed it was for the pool but then when trying to reenter I was told it was the gate key. Again none of this was explained. -The large lot space is something that you really not going to get at any other resort. It's great for pet owners. -there is no app for this park so trying to figure out the time and place of events is difficult. On information boards throughout the park you will find events listed but no dates posted. -I was really amazed with the updated laundry room there's even a coin machine but we eventually stopped using it because it seems like the machines are always broken. -The arcade is cute but seems a bit overpriced. I never seen the single soul in there playing games. -basketball court has balls there so you don't have to worry about bringing your own there's also a pickleball court but the tetherball will forever be my favorite. -The hot tub is huge and surprisingly empty most of the time. I was really impressed with the handicap accessible pool.

We spent two days (day trips not staying overnight) here on our trip to NMB. My three boys loved the pools, arcade and wave machine. One of the lifeguards working there, DJ, spent a ton of time with them teaching them how to boogie board, surf, be safe about it, and have fun while trying to make it challenging. We can’t thank him enough for the great days my boys had! Highly suggest this marina!
