Norfork Lake - COE/Bidwell Point

Norfork Lake is a man-made lake located in the Ozark Mountains of northern Arkansas and southern Missouri. It was created in the 1940s by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as part of the Norfork Dam project. The lake is approximately 45 miles long and has over 500 miles of shoreline. It is a popular destination for fishing, boating, swimming, and other recreational activities. Coe Bidwell Point is a popular spot on Norfork Lake. It is located on the Arkansas side of the lake and is known for its scenic views and excellent fishing. The area is home to a variety of fish species, including largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and walleye. There are also several boat ramps and marinas in the area, making it easy to access the lake. Gamaliel, Arkansas is a small town located on the banks of Norfork Lake. It is home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
